Overall my thought process on why this wall (2) in theory looks better but has 0 value and only helps me understand where players could be, if the enemy is on eco, it has 0 value. Valoplant is a good tool, but not if you eliminate game sense. conclusion:... show more

Many people wonder what the benefit of wall screeding is. Wall screeding is basically applying a thin layer of material over a wall to make the surface smoother, more even and ready for the final finish. But it is not just about making the wall look fine. A properly screeded wall gives you a much better surface for painting. It helps to hide small imperfections, blockwork joints and uneven areas, giving the wall that smooth finished appearance. It can also help reduce the amount of paint needed to achieve a good finish because you are not trying to use paint to correct a very rough wall. This is why you sometimes see a building where the painting looks very neat and smooth, while another building painted with the same type of paint still looks rough.

I don’t believe in evolution but on a naturalist account of everything… Alex is right. It makes no sense to say you’d go from no moral law or value to having a moral law and value as monkey->humans. On theism God of course could step in and make humans have something like a divine spark or intrinsic value. The real question is, if atheism is true and we’re all just animals, why is there a moral law and why do human beings have value?

I stood on the steps of the Supreme Court Monday . Donald Trump has done real things for MAHA. I believe that. But when the Department of Justice shows up to defend Bayer and Monsanto against the American people, against the health of our children, I have to say: you got this one wrong. Liability protection for corporations that poison people is not a conservative value. It is not a Republican value. It is not a Democratic value. It is not an American value. It is the opposite of a free market. It is the government putting its thumb on the scale for corporations that are losing in court because their products are causing cancer. Every child in this country deserves to be healthy. That is not a political statement. That is the only statement that matters. So in the words of the President himself: we are going to fight, fight.

Spike asks Sixers fans if they're ready to "surrender the organization" to LeBron James. "If the question was simply do you want a player of LeBron James' skillset on the team the answer would be yes a million times yes. But that's not how it works because not only is it LeBron's team on the court it's his team off the court too."

I thought it would be good to share my code of life with everyone. What’s the value of knowledge if it cannot be shared? I hope you all learn to trust the process and believe in yourselves.

People are overthinking the 32 BTC sale. “Why sell?” “Why not just buy less next week?” “Is this bearish?” Michael Michael Saylor already explained the logic: • If Bitcoin can’t be sold, critics say it has no value. • If it has no value, the balance sheet value is zero. • If the balance sheet value is zero, credit rating agencies ignore it. • So you sell a tiny appreciated portion to prove Bitcoin is liquid, valuable, and real.

Online you’ll hear, “Women’s sexuality is their only agency.” Here’s the truth: Men are the main consumers of female based content. And sex appeal is what men value. Attention is currency. That’s the marketplace. If you choose to be sexy online, understand the consequence of being online. Men will reward what they value. It’s not that a woman can’t be sexy and intelligent, It’s that intellect isn’t valued by the mainstream media. So don’t be shocked when your “mind” gets ignored… and your body is the only thing valuable to them. That’s supply and demand. But here’s the part no one tells woman. Just because something isn’t valued by the masses, doesn’t mean it’s not valued. Ignore the status quo’s Be sexy and intelligent. Own both, but you’re more than a body in a thumbnail. Post your ideas. Even if you 0 likes. Because long term respect is built on substance, in real life. Not online. This is why social media isn’t real life.

Raoul Pal's take on why Ethereum still leads: it's not price, but density. "Ethereum is the densest intelligence network" - more activity, more intelligence, more DeFi economic value than anything else. Metcalfe's Law says the economic value of a network is the square of its users. Lose that density and "all of that economic value and future economic value has gone." FT Raoul Pal Real Vision

Might of found a way to use this mechanic in comp. I've seen people do this on the floor a couple times but not really on the wall in this way. I do think this could be used in comp because of the sharp change in trajectory of the ball and it could seriously bait out players. Not to mention it can be done on any part of the wall so even off the ceiling. I'm already getting fairly consistent at it on one side and I've practiced it for a day. It feels like doing the breezi flick for the first time but this could be a more practical mechanic. If it can be done on command consistently it has ridiculous potential for passes and other stuff Not saying this is a new mechanic btw nor is it guaranteed to become meta but I love the idea of seeing innovation and new things in the game because there isn't much of it these days so I hope people aren't closed minded about it. Would love to hear opinions on it

“What I think SPX is, is a wake-up call. And I think for the normie, the average person, it literally is best described as being the next Bitcoin, because that's literally what it is. Bitcoin was a wake-up call to show people that value is subjective. And SPX is the next iteration of that. And once you get enough people to understand that the value of the dollar is subjective. It only has value because people believe in it. Bitcoin only has value because people believe in it. SPX has value because people believe in it. And the next step is Well, it's not just money that is subjective in value. It is literally everything is subjective. The entire universe is this subjective entity that is created from our own consciousness. And that's what Like, the purpose of this vehicle, yes, it's going to make a lot of people a lot of money, but the point of that is to wake people up to the fact that the entire universe is this subjective entity. It is not just this, like, empirical machine with interlocking gears and like this orderly machine that proceeds from just like the sum of its parts like no like we are literally the universe creating the universe and that's what spx is meant to wake people up to.” — Crypto Maxi 💹🧲

If you do anything today, please listen to this 3-min clip on what Co-CEO Joseph Chalom refers to as The ETH Opportunity... FYI, Joe is the former Head of Digital Assets Strategy at BlackRock, who drove the creation of IBIT, ETHA, and BUIDL. "The more assets and transactions that are secured on the Ethereum network, have been proven to increase the value of ETH..." "If you look at the last 5 years, for each $2 secured on the network, on Ethereum and the L2s, it's driven about $1 of market cap value of Ethereum [ETH]..." "And if you take a step back and say stablecoins are at this size today, but Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent says it's gonna grow to a trillion over the next 3 years, if you look at the adoption of RWAs, which is in the first inning and can literally go j-curve, the value of tokenized assets which could be measured in the trillions or tens of trillions... they are gonna be secured by a decentralized network. We believe the vast majority is gonna be Ethereum. That is a bull case for ETH..." "If more assets are secured on the Ethereum network, the value of ETH will go up, and the value of it being a trust commodity, the highest value of money, is gonna be critically important if you believe we are at a paradigm shift, and that's what I call the ETH opportunity. It's not a trade, it's an ETH opportunity." "And for all of those who feel like they missed the early days of crypto, you are at still a very early entry point in the adoption of Ethereum and that is the long term ETH opportunity, not the ETH trade." Everyone has the choice to wear whatever they want, but I want to understand the thought process of women behind wearing a bikini and being almost naked at the beach & pretending like it as an achievement. If it’s related to comfort, I believe there are other types of beachwear available as well. If not only about comfort, then what is the actual reason or thought process behind being semi-naked at the beach and then posting those pictures or reels on Instagram? Is it about attention, validation, confidence, self-expression, or something else?
