Elijawan has been arrested MULTIPLE times including for strangulation and assault. 25-year-old Tania Phillips was also arrested and charged with assault, she is the female seen in all black in the fight video, assaulting the victim and dragging him at the end. The White male victim is currently in the hospital with severe injuries. Please pray for his recovery.
