Absolutely critical topic. Overstriding is a major injury risk that so many runners overlook. This is exactly why cross training matters. Being intentional about quad contraction and core activation during strength sessions has a tremendous effect on form. When those muscles fire correctly, overstriding becomes much harder to do. Worth the focus ๐Ÿ’ช
