The matrimonial house is either the husband’s property or the in-laws’ property, and the wife has ABSOLUTELY ZERO ownership rights over that property merely because she got married. Yes, if she is residing there, it may be considered a shared household for the purpose of living and shelter. But that does not make her the owner of the property.
