Ox Alpha one-shotted the GPU accelerated fluid simulation in a single 1000 line html file it looks absolutely stunning and is 1000x better than what Qwen3.8 27B or Opus 4.5 did when I tested them earlier this week

look what a single consumer GPU just built. gave Qwen3.5-35B-A3B one prompt: build a cloud GPU marketplace with pricing cards, deploy templates, and a benchmark leaderboard. it planned the layout, wrote the animations, populated the data, and served it. one shot. one HTML file. then i told it to iterate. split the hero, add a floating GPU with neural network animation. glassmorphism on the cards. done. done. done. three rounds, no confusion, no regressions. 4-bit quantized. 19.7 GB. single RTX 3090. full coding agent claude code harness running on localhost. no API calls leaving my machine. no subscription. no rate limits. earlier today i pointed it at my own production website. it curled the HTML, found every broken link, and told me "pretty shell, empty core. would not recommend." then built a better version from scratch. local inference stops being a demo when you actually steer it. the models are there. they understand intent. but you have to meet them halfway with good prompts, clear context, and real project structure. that's the skill gap now. not the models. the steering. more experiments coming. i genuinely cannot stop playing with this thing.

Dentist did a 3D X-ray of my jaw before a root canal and said I wouldn't be able to open the raw data, it needs specialized software. It's 800 DICOM files. Asked Claude Code with Opus 5.5 to make me a viewer. A single prompt later... this is nicer than what he showed me on his screen, and even better than what Fable did a few weeks ago!

When lines ice up — like they did in southwestern Manitoba this week — we have a number of ways to clean it off. This is what ice melting looks like. We create a short, the line heats up, and the ice falls off. Crews in the icy southwest will be de-icing this weekend. Drive safe!

🚨Gemini 3.6 Flash is trash I tested it on a 3D Golden Gate Bridge, and the results were awful. • I had to re-prompt it three times because it repeatedly ignored the instructions. • First attempt, instead of creating the requested .html file, it first tried to build the experience inside the Gemini app using simulations. • Then second attempt it started placing images from the web into the chat rather than actually producing the file. • Even after getting it to complete the task, the final output was dramatically worse than Gemini 3.1 Pro, which is 5 months old and now not even a top 10 model on leaderboards. This feels like a regression from Gemini 3.5 Flash and honestly, it is one of the weakest models I have tested in the past few months. Has anyone else tested Gemini 3.6 Flash yet, and are you seeing the same thing?

I remember working on this shot early in the morning before work, and one day when the rough #animation was complete, I went to open the file and it was corrupted. By some miracle I was able to get it working again, but I think this took me the better part of a week to animate.

This is wild, I just gave Kimi K3, Grok 4.5, GPT 4.6 Sol, and Claude Opus 5 a starting cue, then asked them to finish the drawing themselves I also told them to be CREATIVE in their own way These are the results, and ngl I genuinely can't decide which one hits the best

I just tried the new Gemini-4 Pro Preview and honestly, for 3D work it’s right up there with Fable 5.1 and GPT-6 Astra, all in a single shot, I genuinely didn’t expect it to be this good, It only used around 10% of my weekly limit on the $20 plan, I’m going to make a comparison video against Opus 5.2 or Fable and Astra if I can, I still can’t believe it, From what I’ve tested so far, this is easily top 1 or 2 for the best one shot execution I’ve seen

THREE 3090s ON ONE BOARD GIVE YOU 72GB OF VRAM AND KILL YOUR $200 CLAUDE CODE AND $200 OPENAI BILL people are pulling three used 3090s off ebay for around $2,100 total and stacking them in one tower to build a dedicated ai rig. that pools 72gb of vram for less than what a single rtx 5090 retails for alibaba shipped qwen 3.6 27b in april under apache 2.0. on realworldqa vision it scores 84.1 against claude 4.5 opus at 77.0. on ifbench instructions it lands at 76.5 against claude's 58.0 a single 3090 already runs qwen 3.6 27b with eight gigs of headroom. three of them in parallel handle larger models like deepseek r1 70b and qwen 235b without breaking a sweat a heavy ai user pays $200 claude code, $200 chatgpt pro plus $40 cursor and gemini. that's $5,280 a year and the rig pays itself off before month nine on $8 a month in electricity setup is one shell command for ollama, one to pull the model, one environment variable to point claude code at localhost. cli stays identical, nothing leaves the network, requests stop costing money bookmark this and read the article below

Jev + Opus 5.5 is the most underrated setup in AI right now, and i don't get why nobody's talking about it. I stopped letting Opus make every small decision in my agents. Jev makes them now. My Opus bill dropped ~500% on the same tasks, same results. Here's what Jev handles: - which files and notes to load before Opus sees anything - which effort level each task actually needs - what to do when a tool fails - which tests to run, and when to stop Opus only gets called for the hard reasoning. Every decision is a typed result the host checks before it runs. The exact prompt to set this up in your workflow is below.

who is behind space bunny? it’s been a week since this stealth model went live and been testing it daily. compared to day one, it’s now: > way faster > giving way better outputs > still free for now opencode extended it for another week and looks like latest checkpoint got huge update you can make animations like opus 5.5 with space bunny now and made this one with it, not bad for a free model i think official model will drop next week, but still can’t figure out who is behind it lmaoo

Opus 4.6 vs GPT 5.4 (High) (1/9) prompt: Build a single-file HTML/CSS/JS (no libs) demo that uses SVG to simulate a plant growing: stem extends, leaves sprout + unfurl with springy/windy “physics”, then seamlessly loops forever. For the initial impressions I'm really impressed by GPT, for speed they both felt about the same, but gpt was still half cheaper than opus. I also much prefer the design and animation that gpt produced, physics on the leaves are super cool and it also loops pretty nicely whilst opus just fades out the plant. Still got a bunch of tests to run but this is really exciting.

Anthropic shouldn't have revealed this plugin. Its name speaks for itself "You should know" Its capability: Opus 5.5 writes, the second agent reads, garbage aside: you get only important and reliable information Opus 5.5 can run continuously for 60 minutes, generating long summaries that nobody checks And this is what many miss: > a test it skipped "for now" > a file it modified even though you didn't ask for it > a warning "this might break the system" hidden somewhere at the bottom All of this is written there. You just never saw it Now another AI checks the text for you This is an automatic feature Enabled with a single line: /plugin enable cc-plugin-you-should-know@builtin Do this when you start working: > Open Claude Code > Paste the line above > Give Opus a long task and see how it analyzes the text and eliminates obvious errors Now the agent won't waste your money: you will get the expected result Bookmark this

everyone's sharing motion graphic videos that Opus 5.5 made, and it's genuinely insane everyone says they created it with "one prompt", but my one prompt video looked mid so i went through a bunch of these videos to see how they were actually made, and found the workflow that works here's how to generate pro level motion graphic videos w/ opus: 1. get reference videos to direct from -> pick 1-2 videos whose style you want and tell opus to match them. naming a style works way better than describing one without a reference, opus falls back to its default look: centered text, gradient background, everything fading in that's why so many of these videos look the same. a reference gives it the pacing, the type and the transitions to copy 2. install HyperFrames or Remotion so opus can build the video both let opus write every scene as code and render it straight to mp4. no video editor without one, opus can only describe a video or hand you a rough html page you have to screen record with it, every frame is exact, and when you ask for a change it edits one line and re-renders instead of starting over 3. install 21st for high quality components in the video real buttons, cards and UI components made by design engineers, instead of whatever opus invents on the spot without it, opus draws your product UI from scratch and it looks off. wrong spacing, placeholder boxes, fake-looking buttons anyone who's used good software can feel it in a second, and the whole video reads as cheap 4. steps 1-3 were context + setup. now dump all of it into opus your brand (logo, colors, fonts), screenshots of your real product, the reference video, and a quick braindump of how you see the video then ask for 3 storyboard variants without this, opus guesses your colors, your font and what your product even does. the video could be for any startup with it, it could only be yours. and 3 variants means you pick a direction instead of fixing the first idea it had 5. pick the storyboard you like ask for one still frame per scene before anything moves. fixing a storyboard is way cheaper than fixing a render without this step, you only find out scene 4 is wrong after the whole thing is animated, and every fix means re-rendering. a still frame takes seconds to change 6. let claude cook then give notes like a director: "slow every zoom to 0.7x", "hard cut here", "push in on the button" without notes, the first render is usually 80% there, and that last 20% is what makes it look pro. vague notes like "make it better" get random changes. camera words get exactly the change you want everyone has the same model. the context you give it is what makes it look pro let it cooookk

Looks like the Gemini team has fixed the image numbering issue. Earlier, Gemini was not able to identify which image was in which position when more than one image was used in a chat and it would often mess it up. This seems to be solved now.

Bears players in the locker room like “I need it” before Ben Johnson’s GOOD BETTER BEST chant. This is something you can’t force. This is what a team looks like. They’re all there for one common goal.

whoever leaked this has bigger balls than sense someone at Anthropic hired 80 AI helpers onto one project, gave them twelve hours, and counted what came back usable: the two older models handed in 980 and 876 finished pieces of work, and almost none of it could be kept turns out the newest helpers did better for a reason nobody wants to hear: they went off into their own corners and stopped opening each other's work i ran two helpers at one document last week and got two confident versions of it, and i kept the one i wrote myself Grok Bot is the version of this you can actually hire: a helper with a name, one job it owns, and nobody else allowed inside that job you already pay about $20 a month for one chat window, and the setup that won in that report is one helper with one job it owns run it tonight in a normal chat, 3 moves: 1. write the one job each helper owns in a single sentence before you open a second chat 2. keep every helper in its own chat with one document, so two of them can never rewrite the same thing 3. add a third only when you can say what it owns without repeating a job that is already taken save this, then open the piece below: what one hired helper is really worth, and the point where the next one starts taking it back ↓
