On August 11 in Osaka, during a group stream at a plus-size maid bar, Nanatty directed the N-word at Ozemi and repeated it when he asked why. She later apologized on social media, saying she was still learning English and didn’t fully grasp how offensive the term was. Two days later the pair crossed paths again on the street. After she allegedly used the slur once more and refused to apologize, Ozemi poured beer over her head, called it content/revenge for the disrespect, and ran off. Nanatty reported the incident to Japanese police (pouring liquid can count as assault under local law). Separate clips also showed Ozemi briefly taking an unattended bicycle, which he later called a scripted bit with a local. Current status: Police looked into the beer-pouring report, but no confirmed arrest, charges, or detention has been announced. Ozemi remains free, continues streaming and posting from Japan, and has said he isn’t leaving soon. Both creators’ channels stay active, and online debate continues over the slur versus the physical response.
