Apparently some of the kinks need to be worked out. Having at least of drone pilot verify the landing spot prior to dropping could be useful. Also dropping it from 5’ plus seems to be a problem.

Not all delivery drivers are bad but it’s the few like this that give the industry a bad name. One FedEx driver said “I deliver the packages like they were my own.” Another said he suggested the homeowner send the video to FedEx. Have you ever caught your delivery driver throwing your package? ALERT: Florida man arrested after shooting at a first responder drone with a BB gun. The Lee County Sheriff’s Department launched a police drone to assist with monitoring an area when the drone spotted Elvin Antonio Callejas-Serrato and some other individuals. Elvin can be seen pointing a BB-style firearm at the drone and allegedly firing 2 shots at it. Police, who were already in the area, responded immediately and arrested Elvin. Elvin was charged with shooting or throwing deadly missiles into an aircraft, which is a felony in Florida.
