I guess the "professional painter" never taught mom how to edge.

Learnt? Your mom should have taught you English instead.

Not a tip. Its called laying off the paint after you apply l. Its how its supposed to be done 🤣

Pro tip: start over with flat paint.

Not how it works. Dumb woman dumb painter. And gay Twitter account

That painter gave your mom good advice. The darker the color the more important same direction rolling it or is grabs shadows and shows flaws. Another trick to add is the darker you go back off from satin to low lustre, hides even more.

Is this what you do? I always see the pattern of roller. Anyone know what I mean. 😬

not using a stick?

Professional retired painter here. Your painter and mom are 100% correct, lay it off from top to bottom.. Perfect walls.

Not to paint a solid color in gloss?

You've got some severe orange peel going on there. Are you aware that the orange peel finish is a fault when painting with a roller? Laying off with a wide soft brush would have given you a smoother finish.

The best tip I’ve ever gotten from a painter was spray on orange peel!!! IYKYK

Not sure what the tip is here. I mean, talk about taking ages to paint a wall! Edges with a 4 inch angled brush, roll with a 12+ inch roller. 2 coats in a morning. Move on. I really don’t know what this video is showing, Jesus

Very nice.

What is the most powerful chemical in the human body?

Well done & BTW DONT MIND THE BULLY BOY MOCKING A WOMAN OUT THERE DOING HER BEST THATS S LOOSER COMMENT HIGHLIGHTING HER CUT IN - SHES NOT FINISHED IT YET & IS DOING Z GREAT JOB 👏 YOUR A LOWLIFE-MOCKING HER

You start so well, but after that... Vocal Fry.

Your mum looks trans.

no pole?

Back rolling

I assume that you haven't finished above the doorway.

Except you never have such a large surface area with paint that hasn't started to dry. You have to paint 1m² squares and repeat this process for each square! You'll find plenty of tutorials online for painting correctly with a roller.

I maybe would have taken you more seriously if you said you learnt this tip from a man
