From official sources (at least one side), Pakistan claims it has killed well over 130 Afghan Taliban fighters, as well as having wounded over 200. They also reported destroying more than 25 Taliban posts. Big numbers. Still waiting on statements/statistics from the Afghan government. We know Iran is closely monitoring the situation. IRGC drones can be seen flying at low altitude across Iran, Afghanistan, and Pakistan. Must be stressful to deal with that and the U.S./Israel threatening you with strikes. In any case, both governments have now declared war. Any major updates, we'll follow up.

Pakistan/Afghanistan ceasefire. After the Afghan forces attacked the Chaman border gate and disrespect the bodies of martyred soldiers the war between Pakistan took different turn. Pakistan which had previously only restricted it's self to engage the border positions of Afghan Interim Govt started climbing the escalation ladder. The climb on the escalation ladder was not slow but rapid with targeting key position of TTA deep with in Afghanistan. The escalation shifted from border to two key cities of Afghanistan, Kabul and Kandahar. This forced Afghan Interim Govt to seek diplomacy and the Taliban Doha office got activated begging for peace. What happened in Spin Boldak that made sudden peace was the targeting of an entire brigade headquarter resulting in huge losses of TTA soldiers. Below is the funeral video of TTA Spin Boldak brigade. The entire brigade vanished from earth in seconds.

Some trucks were even allowed to move towards the border area from the terminal, where several UN containers had been stranded since October. Good Morning #Pakistan To eliminate the scourge of terrorism, the Pakistan Army has significantly intensified intelligence-based operations (IBOs) across the country. Within the Area of Responsibility (AOR) of XI Corps, combined efforts by the Pakistan Army, Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs), and elite Special Operations Forces, particularly the formidable Powindahs 2 Commando Battalion, are executing precision-targeted operations against hostile elements. These operations are part of a broader strategic framework aimed at restoring lasting peace, safeguarding Pakistani citizens, and neutralizing Indian-sponsored terrorist networks operating through Afghan proxies. Last month alone, in this AOR, 208 Afghan-origin terrorists were neutralized, 188 sustained critical injuries, and 198 were apprehended during coordinated raids and swift tactical engagements. The defense of the homeland is a collective duty. While our armed forces stand as the shield and sword of the nation, every citizen bears a vital role in supporting this national counter-terrorism campaign.
