We must ensure Pakistan has an overwhelming qualitative edge over India to prevent future attacks. China should fast track the sale of J-35 stealth fighters to Pakistan. We should also co-develop a version of DF-10 cruise missiles with a range of 2000km with Pakistan. This circumvents the international missile export control regime, which caps the maximum range of exported missiles to 300km. The J-35 will provide Pakistan with the ability to penetrate Indian air defense systems with impunity. The DF-10 missiles will give Pakistan the capability to strike critical targets deep inside India. Such capabilities will deter future Indian aggressions.
