Mr. Yousaf, you should remember that actively supporting a group that is currently proscribed is an offence under the Terrorism Act 2000. Domestic terrorism is not a protest. Anybody who unlawfully enters MOD property and cause wilful damage or harm should be treated as a terrorist. Anyone who attacks a police officer can be classed as domestic terrorist if they meet the criteria, in this case they did, as the action was intended to influence the government for a political cause.
