They handed food to a child, smiled for the camera, then took it back and left. These weren’t AID workers, they were LIARS staging a scene to protect TERROR interests.

They always used children to try and make a point, they don't really care for them. The attackers became victims and they don't hesitate to use their own kids for the purpose of manipulating public opinion.
