Yeah, no. Jon is an elite genocide apologist. He's just allowed to crack semi-critical jokes about it.

The whole segment made me angry. He warps the whole story in favour of the US through a sprinkling of self-deprecating humour.

All the brilliant orators in the USA have laryngitis or haven't heard about the genocide in Gaza apparently. The topic is either a joke, hardly gets a mention or the same people are preaching to the converted. Excuse my cynicism, I am losing my patience #FreePalestine 🇵🇸

Don't be deceived. Stewart is no friend to the Palestinians. His real intent is to provide cover to Israel and the US, and to lay blame for the genocide solely on Netanyahu.
