@mooselips I’ve bid at least 8 houses in the palisades that burned down to put the rebar in the new foundations. But there is zero movement, everyone seems to think that these houses are not going to be rebuilt for at least another year or more.

The sad part is Altadena has over 2500 houses in progress with more in the pipeline. Looks like the biggest difference is the government officials that are willing to the right thing.
