the dubai you see on your timeline and the dubai i see right now are completely different there's so much fear and panic being created by social media and legacy media right now because both are optimized for sensationalism, not accuracy i see blatantly fake footage being reshared and people falling for ai generated content that is obviously fabricated. the result is unnecessary panic among people sitting thousands of miles away (like my family) the people most panicked about dubai right now are the ones not in dubai. please be careful about what you choose to believe
