You'll never guess who makes the trench candles you see in this video keeping our heroes warm this winter? Yep that's us 😁 There literally isn't ANYTHING FLK don't do. Currently fundraising for additional paraffin and wax. 1 kg of paraffin costs UAH 88. 1 kg of wax costs UAH 350. Looking to purchase 100kg paraffin ($242.68) & 25kg of wax ($241.31) if you'd like to help the address is please comment "Candles for Heroes". #Lviv #Львів

Nail salons in America are using cost cutting measures that many would consider extremely unsanitary if they knew Many salons are taking the hot wax used on feet, putting it into buckets and re-melting it to reuse on customers. It’s extremely common The paraffin wax is used for pedicures that can cost $55-$100+ and you would think it’s clean, but it’s very common to be reused wax from other people’s feet The best way around this is to look for salons that explicitly advertise “single-use” or “never reused” paraffin as a selling point for hygiene The reused wax can potentially transfer bacteria and fungi leading to infections, especially if you have cuts, dry or cracked skin, diabetes, or compromised immunity This is gross
