I don't claim proof of anything, but if you actually watch the video instead of just having AI write a silly report for you, you'll see he "changed his mind" on things that don't make sense and that didn't have new evidence come out. For example, saying there's not enough evidence to say for sure Tyler was at UVU, or for Gary to convict him outright if he were a jury member. He said these things AFTER the same evidence and charging documents he constantly points to today were already released. Or how he used to say MLK is a bad comparison to Charlie Kirk since the mandible is so much thicker. I'm pretty sure no new evidence has come out about MLK (though I did point out in the video that Gary was wrong about MLK not having an exit wound). And all the ballistic shit he said. Gary literally teaches this stuff for a living. He's not a random Joe, and he went from speaking in absolutes about there being a 0 percent chance it was a direct shot to the neck with a .30-06 to it being totally plausible with a "ton of good reasons" for the lack of an exit wound during a period of time when no new ballistic evidence was released. The idea that he suddenly learned what a .30-06 could and couldn't do at the exact same time he met Brian Harpole is laughable. Seriously, actually watch the video. It will surprise you. This isn't a matter of more evidence coming out and Gary changing his views. I encourage that, but it requires admitting you were wrong in the past. This isn't even Gary's position anyway. It's not like he came out and said, "I didn't know what a .30-06 could and couldn't do, but now I do." The "more evidence came out so he changed his opinion" logic only applies to him going back and forth on the body armor. It doesn't apply to the rest of the points made in the video.
