Music is another way neural pathways develop.

Absolutely true. When i was a principal, we had a program that taught math and language through music. It was an "extra" program? And the kids loved it.

Perfect! I watch this video every time it pops up in my feed.

Me, too! The parents really understood. I let them know they just had to keep going. Don't stop when they're out of diapers. Keep building language and getting them to talk back, identify things, etc.

Delightful!! Although sometimes I think we don't give enough credit to the people (mostly moms and day care workers) who do this all day long, day after day. Oral language development depends on our caretakers not being exhausted.

This is one of my favorite videos of OL. Hopefully, schools are screening both sides of the equation, so we can help ALL children with decoding & language comp difficulties.

I do this with my granddaughters a lot. I never know where the conversation is going to go. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Shared this video in my Ed. Psych course when discussing language development! Love it!!

I love this video. Perfect example! ☺️

The parents said, "Ohhhhhhhhh!!! Thaaat's what you mean." LoL
