The mum needs to let her know how to communicate without having to scream at her or other people.

The fact that her mum kept listening to her without calmly explaining why she shouldn’t shout while trying to make her point also speaks volumes. Sometimes, children need to be heard, but they also need to be taught how to communicate respectfully.

That’s emotionally blackmail from the little girl, crying while explaining yourself 😂 so because she’s in your house now you feel like landlady 😂 but what happens if you goto to there own house too? Learn to accommodate people

You’re telling your children that they can disrespect the house help if you’re treating her in front of them as you would treat a child. It’s disrespectful to lock her outside while asking your children to narrate what happened.

I will never do gentle parenting with what I'm seeing today. How can that little girl be explaining to her mom with so much anger, if this one can disrespect an indoor Help like this, what happens when she goes outside.. Get a rod for correction ASAP

A minor observation; her mum should have asked her to calm down and gently explain herself. A child should not raise her voice like that especially when she is asking her mother to intercede. If a child does not learn to control her emotions now, it will become a problem later.

When you see a dramatic girl child like this one here, as a parent, you have a lot of work to do, coz this kid is reacting to what she sees her parents do, mostly to the maid, that Omonile mentality, the parent might have been giving the maid a kind of treatment that she sees as a norm, if it’s not corrected, she will be a bully, cox this temperament for a kid 😔 if she get chance, she fit wipe that maid pako 😂
