Down comforter. Where's the down comforter? If I could make a suggestion Claude. If you are going to rent the space out, use hotel style sheets with a down comforter. Use the Grey cover as a blanket for the pull out sofa. 4 pillows for the bed to style it and 4 for the sofa.
