I have a better idea. Every Zimbabwean with a mobile phone POTRAZ, acting via network providers, must be mandated to lock them out (no airtime recharge) until they pay for a Radio Licence, because smart phones now "can" access radio services directly or via apps.

If the money is put to wise use to recapitalize ZBC then we are support it but $30 is too much per term, $10 per term is more than enough.

These guys are just seeking to milk us of our hard earned cash. I don't listen to the radio. Why would I pay for something I don't use? What if I remove the radio will I still pay?

Those debating will be exempted as usual. Making laws that dont apply to them.
