Happy Maid Monday ^.^ Today I want to try something a little different I want to write a little hot kig fiction. I never done it before but her I go! #kigurumi #着ぐるみ Part:1 I shouldn’t have never taken that bet but here I am. Locking myself up for hours 8 as anime doll while my friend/new master eyes me down with hungry eyes. After hearing the the timer count down and beep I felt a strange sensation hit my chest and in between my legs. Part:2 Soon after I began dusting and cleaning his room for a few hours. It was hard work but I was able to get it done. With a sigh of relief I threw myself on the bed and shut my eyes not knowing what’s to come. A few minutes after i felt a cold hand grab my thigh then another grabbing something else. I tried to resist but I was too tried to fight back. And At that moment I didn’t feel like a human but I did feel like a real doll. So I Laid there helplessly as my new owner plays with my body for the rest of the night. Part:3 After a long night of passionate groping, I eventually feel asleep. The morning light crept through the window cause me to wake up . I noticed I was still dress as a cute little doll but to my horror I noticed the lock was still on. I tried shaking and tugging on the lock but it was in vain .He locked me in while I was asleep and this time I don’t know for how long. It Could’ve been for an hour or 24 hours !? Only he knows. But he must’ve heard my whimpers cause soon after he walks into the room with those hungry eyes and gets ready to play with his new doll.

US allies have long lent on its military for protection. Trump is hell-bent on shattering that dependency — and abandoning US hegemony. Professor Hugh White has predicted this retreat for 30 years and despite calling the US-led order a 'golden age', he thinks it's a good thing. In his new book, 'Hard New World: Out Post-American Future', he notes that the only way the US could counter the Chinese navy in its own backyard is to spend 7%+ of GDP on its military, and convince China it's truly willing to risk a nuclear war. It's impossible for any US President, Trump or otherwise, to justify that to voters. The west Pacific just isn't important enough to US interests. And so it hasn't happened. Over in Europe the US doesn't have enough of a selfish interest to risk nuclear war with Russia over Eastern Europe, making Russian 'nuclear blackmail' against its neighbours highly effective. White believes the only effective way to push back is for Europe to get nuclear weapons of its own — something Japan and South Korea will have to do as well. Trump may not be a deep theorist but according to White — Professor Emeritus of Strategic Studies and one of the world's leading strategic thinkers — in geopolitics his instincts inadvertently 'swim with the tide of history'. And for his part Marco Rubio is quite explicit about bringing an end to the unipolar US-led order. So our interview spells out what Poland, the EU, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and Australia will each have to do now to ensure their own security. Because although it will be a 'darker' world, we've made multipolarity work before — indeed a bit of history shows it's the rule rather than the exception. We discuss all this on the 80,000 Hours Podcast. Links below, enjoy! 1:25 US dominance is already gone 3:26 US hegemony was the weird aberration 13:08 Why the US bothered being the 'new Rome' 23:25 Evidence the US is accepting the multipolar global order 36:41 How Trump is advancing the inevitable 43:21 Rubio explicitly favours this outcome 45:42 Trump is half-right that the US was being ripped off 50:14 It doesn't matter if the next president feels differently 56:17 China's population is shrinking, but it doesn't matter 1:06:07 Why Hugh disagrees with other realists like Mearsheimer 1:10:52 Could the US be persuaded to spend 2x on defence? 1:16:22 A multipolar world is bad, but better than nuclear war 1:21:46 Will the US invade Panama? Greenland? Canada?! 1:32:01 What should everyone else do to protect themselves in this new world? 1:39:41 Europe is strong enough to take on Russia 1:44:03 But the EU will need nuclear weapons 1:48:34 Cancel (some) orders for US fighter planes 1:53:40 Taiwan is screwed, even with its AI chips 2:04:12 South Korea has to go nuclear too 2:08:08 Japan will go nuclear, but can't be a regional leader 2:11:44 Australia is defensible but needs a totally different military 2:17:19 AGI may or may not overcome existing nuclear deterrence 2:34:24 How right is realism? 2:40:17 Has a country ever gone to war over morality alone? 2:44:45 Hugh's message for Americans 2:47:12 Why America temporarily stopped being isolationist

Lady Gaga’s full speech at MAYHEM Ball LA night 1, where she talks about the city having her back and dedicates “Vanish Into You” to her two nieces at the show 🖤 “Before the show tonight, I had a chat with everybody backstage. I was like, it's Monday, I don't know what's gonna happen. You all fucking showed me! You came out here blazing, ready to go. L.A. has been a real interesting place in my life. Because I grew up in New York City. I grew up in New York and I moved out here when I was like 19 years old, and it was not always easy. I just want to say thank you for everybody in this room tonight. People didn't always believe in me out here. You believe in me so much tonight, thank you. You were always there for me. And so, like, I come out here every night and I always promise myself I'm gonna be really strong during this part. And I always lose it because I don't know how to say thank you in enough ways. I think it always just felt easier for me to put it in a song. But, community. My community, this community, our community. They're there for you even when it's tough or when you're at your lowest. That's why it's so special. Because you don't have to be on top for your community to love you, they will always love you. I hope you know everywhere around the world that I go, I will try to give every drop of my passion to the audience, inspired by all of you. That when I come out here and I see all that passion and all that love you have for me and for each other, it really makes me feel something so special. I hope that all year and all summer, that you feel my love. And just, I'll see you in 20 more years. I'll just keep coming back, is that ok? I would like to dedicate this next one, "Vanish To You", to my two nieces who are here tonight. They said this is their favourite song. So, I always dedicate this to the fans. But will you share it with them tonight? Can't do it without my family. One day I'll just vanish into each and every one of you, if that's ok”

ANATOMY OF A HUNGER STRIKE The third video of our series getting up close and personal with Laila Soueif and her hunger strike for her son’s freedom. What does a life on hunger strike look like? A day? A morning? How has Dr. Laila kept herself going for the unprecedented SEVEN months since she last ate food? Today, she invites you into her home, and into her thinking - from the importance of salt to the history of hunger strikes from Palestine to Ireland. Laila's hunger strike is sustained and amplified by the thousands of people around the world watching, sharing and becoming part of her story. It is you, everyone that's been engaging with her for these months, that imbues her hunger strike with political meaning. Laila has lost 40% of her body weight now - and is in a more critical moment than ever before. For this video, if you would like to comment with a message of support for Laila, we will screenshot them and show them all to her. This is the third in a series of five, and you can go back and watch the first two in the series: 1: Return to Cairo 2: Visiting Alaa in Prison For those that are new to this story, Laila has been on hunger strike since September to protest her son's continued imprisonment in Egypt. Alaa is a writer who has been in prison for over ten years for his writings on democracy, the economy, science and technology. New episode: "How Elon Works" This episode covers the insanely valuable company-building principles of Elon Musk A few notes from the episode: 1. The mission comes first. 2. Retreat is not an option. 3. A maniacal sense of urgency is our operating principle. 4. Product design should be driven by engineers. 5. You should not separate engineering from product design. 6. Having separate design and production departments is bullshit. Keep everything together and feedback immediate. 7. The leader should be on the front lines. You should be a battlefield general. 8. "If they see the general out on the battlefield, the troops are going to be motivated. Wherever Napoleon was, that's where his armies would do best." 9. Apply The Algorithm constantly. (1) Question every requirement. (2) Delete any part of the process you can. (3) Simplify and optimize. (4) Accelerate cycle time. (5) Automate. 10. Repetition is persuasive. "I became a broken record on the algorithm. I think it's helpful to say it to an annoying degree." 11. You should go ultra-hardcore on deletion and simplification. 12. Camaraderie is dangerous. It makes it hard for people to challenge each other’s work. (Refer to point #1) 13. Never ask your troops to do something you wouldn’t do. 14. Hire for attitude. Skills can be taught. Attitude changes require a brain transplant. 15. Good attitude = A desire to work maniacally hard. 16. The only rules are the ones dictated by the laws of physics. Everything else is a recommendation. 17. Keep your entire company committed to a common goal. 18. If things aren’t going well, throw away the existing design, start from first principles, question every requirement based on fundamental physics. 19. Find the limit. You want to delete as much as possible and you can’t do that unless you find the limit. 20. If you aren’t adding back at least 10% of the things you deleted, then you didn’t delete enough. 21. Maintain control. Avoid joint ventures. Eliminate middlemen. 22. Have a relentless dedication to questioning every requirement. 23. No work about work, just work. 24. Go to the problem. Get on the plane. Fly to the source. Go to the exact location in the factory. Go to the problem and stay there until it's resolved. 25. The best part is no part. 26. Be wired for war. 27. Do not fear losing. It hurts the first 50 times but then you’ll be able to play with less emotion. You will take more risks. 28. Stay heads down focused on doing useful things for civilization. 29. When something is important and has to be done quickly, have meetings every 24 hours to run the algorithm and check on the previous days progress. You'll be shocked at how fast this speeds things up. 30. Life needs to be interesting and edgy. 31. Delete, delete, delete, delete. There are 100 more ideas in the episode. I hope you listen to it. 30 years of Elon’s career + 60 hours of reading and research and me just absolutely ripping through idea after idea at 2x speed for 90 minutes. It will be hard to find a better use of time.

"Mike - OMG, I just saw a promo for the new season of Deadliest Catch and you are SO YOUNG! I never knew you were actually in the show. Why aren’t you still? Congratulations on 20 years!" Denise Rigel Hi Denise Yeah, I saw that too. 20 years. Don’t they go by in a blink? The story of why I’m not the host of Deadliest Catch begins with the fact that 20 years ago, Dirty Jobs was not yet a hit on Discovery, and the network didn’t really know what to do with me. Back in 2004, the pilot episodes for DJ were considered to be “off-brand,” and Discovery had no plans to take the show to series. They liked me, though, and started sending me around the world on a series of expeditions. One of those trips was to a place called Dutch Harbor, Alaska, to bear witness to life on a crab boat. Well, bear witness I did. I was up there in October of 2004, hosting a show that was not yet a show, trying with the producers to figure out if we were filming a documentary, a reality show, a competition show, or a mini-series. It still wasn’t clear three months later, in January of 2005, when I returned to host the snow crab season. That was the year that Deadliest Catch, tragically, lived up to its name, when six men died in the course of filming the show. And that’s when everyone stepped back and said, “Wait…what is this thing, exactly? How can so much danger be an everyday part of getting a job done?” Later that year, Deadliest Catch and Dirty Jobs both went into full scale production, and cable television was forever changed. That's not hyperbole. The number of work-themed shows that evolved directly from the success of those two shows is stunning. Discovery, quite wisely, determined that Catch needed a narrator, not a host. Thus, all of my on-camera stuff was cut from Season 1. I was, however, invited to narrate the show, which I was honored to do. In fact, I’m headed to the studio right now to do a few more episodes for Season 20, which premieres tonight at 8pm, on Discovery. Check it out, and be reminded once again of a great and abiding truth, proven every year now for the last two decades – you can’t script The Bering Sea. A big thanks to the captains and their crews, for sharing their world with the rest of us. And to all of the producers and cameramen who made it happen. And to Discovery, for giving us a home. It’s a hell of an accomplishment.

A Message to Our Beloved Community 🤝 We dedicate this song 🎶 2 Cups of Coffee (For Legacy and Humanity) to all of you who believe in freedom, in hope, and in a future worth fighting for. Our Buy-Back Campaign is not just about coffee. Buy-Back Coffee runs deep. It represents far more than the simple act of giving up two cups of coffee. It is a symbol of courage, of sacrifice, of vision. A small act, yes, but one that carries great meaning. It is the choice we make today to build a better tomorrow. This is our stand for freedom. This is our stand for the future. What we give today, no matter how simple, will decide what kind of world our children will inherit, what kind of life future generations will live. This is our time to prove we are not just part of history. We are shaping history. So we call on you: stand with us. Move with us. Fight with us. Let’s protect the future together. Let’s build a legacy that will outlive us all. May this song inspire us to give, to rise, and to build a future of freedom and hope for generations to come. Let this song strengthen our spirit and fuel our mission. 🎶 2 Cups of Coffee (For Legacy and Humanity) Lyrics and concept by Lumari Music, arrangement, and video created by Jojo (Verse 1) Each morning, choices fill our day, But I choose the future over what fades away. Two cups of coffee I leave behind, For a dream that lifts all humankind. (Pre-Chorus) A small step today, but great in worth — For generations that will walk this earth. (Chorus) Two cups of coffee, I give with pride, For 200 years of hope worldwide. For legacy, for humanity’s climb, For six generations, beyond our time. (Verse 2) I trade simple comforts for what’s to be, A world of freedom, for you and me. A sip I skip so the seeds can grow, For a future only visionaries know. (Pre-Chorus) It’s not about what we have today — It’s about the light we pass their way. (Bridge) It’s not the coffee — it’s the stand we take, The future we choose, the path we make. For children’s children, and those beyond, Two cups today, for a future strong. (Outro) Two cups of coffee, a gift so small, But together, we can build it all. For six generations, let’s give, let’s rise — For humanity’s future, for clearer skies. 📢 Join the global Pi movement on Telegram: Pi Network Doris Yin 东方紫莲🪷 JoJo-π NONNY PADJA NTT 🦅❤GCV ambassador indonesia 🦅 M.Rad ONE WORLD DIGITAL CURRENCY Thi Bich Van Nguyen RAMESH SHETTY PiNetwork🇹🇷Türkiye GCV Ambassadors Olivier Ndatimana Moise-π🇷🇼 Burundi Pi Network & Support GCV$314159 ! 🇮🇪SINN FÉIN ARE TRAITORS🇮🇪 2 years ago today a Sinn Féin sell out RAT Shane 'Zelensky' O' Brien colluded with the police to have me arrested outside the Igo Cafe because I ( & others SDSN ) had exposed Dave Mooney the proprietor of the establishment for taking millions from the Irish tax payer for State sponsored Glorified Human trafficking otherwise known as the Ipas Scam🇮🇪 It only took Matt Carthy TD 18 months to catch up & start condemning the likes of Mooney & the Igo Cafe for the astronomical profits they were making by forcing hoards of unvetted, unwanted foreign criminals upon working class communities such as Ballybrack,Coolock etc🇮🇪 What Carty hasn't come out & condemned are the actions of his party member & slandering weasel Shane O' Brien on the day in question. I won't hold my breath considering their poster boy ( Gerry Adams ) Covered up for his scumbag PEDOPHILE brother for over 20 years with zero accountability from any of these pro open borders,Pro Government & Anti Irish,Braindead Gobshites who still wet themselves at the mere mention of his name🇮🇪 There is a reason why Sharia Féin & All of these degenerate,Perverted leftist dirt birds are tripping over themselves to welcome the evil that is Islam to this island🇮🇪 You only have to look at the years of systematic abuse & cover ups for monsters involved with SF & other political parties raping children & instead of being dealt with properly & permanently those dirty bastards sent them to a new parish to ruin more unsuspecting, poor innocent children's lives🇮🇪 Their unspeakable end goal here is to normalize & legalize the rape of children. Look at everything they advocate for on behalf of the criminal cartel in the Dail from pushing the Trans Agenda,The grooming of minors in the guise of sex education,They voted to have the words MOTHER, WOMAN & FAMILY removed from our Constitution & pushed for hard lock downs back in 2020 for the flu. FAKE REPUBLICANS & FAKE OPPOSITION🇮🇪 Like every political party they are absolutely rotten to the core. Just like the Police,The judiciary & every other corrupt system that needs to be torn down & rebuilt from the ground up only employing people who adore éiRe & that only want the very best for her & our people🇮🇪 I am delighted that I did my part in exposing the rot no matter what the personal cost to me & how much I've been persecuted for it. I thank God he chose me & others like me for this historical battle for the very soul of our precious children's God given Birthright. I consider it an honour🇮🇪 Happy anniversary Zelensky you shitty arsed ten faced rat😂🎂 OUR LAND. OUR DESTINY. OUR ÉIRE. IRELAND BELONGS TO THE IRISH & SHE ALWAYS WILL🇮🇪🤝🇮🇪 If anyone can make the GPO tomorrow for 2pm Cat & Maggie are having a procession for the Stations of the Cross. First of all, we here at AMGI want to thank you all for being on this journey with us. We have been extremely busy. Over the last few weeks we have delivered a huge early access patch to My Pet Hooligan, delivered a new on-chain governance solution with WinVote, brought back NFTs in game, started testing the Street Kred system, made some new hires, delivered a new site for AMGI Studios and smashed the largest gaming event in the USA, PAX West. What does all of this mean and importantly what is next!.... PAX West You have seen the videos, you know the vibes were on point, but let's dive deeper into this and what the key takeaways are. PAX West was completely different to the WAGMI Crypto events that we are mostly used to in this space, although these are always fun and important, when creating gaming products, it is also important to get directly in front of people who have a passion for gaming. That's what PAX West was, hosting over 100,000 gamers who just want to play games and have fun. PAX West was a great success for us on many fronts. It confirmed that we have something special in our hands. Gamers loved both the brand and the game and were eager to get involved. It opened up new exciting opportunities with gaming and hardware companies. It was a blast seeing event goers from Day 2 onwards wearing the My Pet Hooligan t-shirts around the city. It was great to see parents playing the game together with their kids. The choices to not include blood and gore made a huge difference and have opened some new unexpected doors for us. If we truly believe in the progression and adoption of this industry we need to move beyond degen products and into real life consumer products that people can truly enjoy. That's what we are here to do, no matter how difficult it is, and no matter what the current ‘meta’ is. We have been here for many years grinding day in and day out and are still here today delivering like we are the new kids on the block trying to prove ourselves. The Game PAX West marks the end of a phase of the project, whilst we now posture more into continued efficiency, growth and retention. The game is not feature complete by any means yet but the foundations are strong. There are a number of features still being developed, including a progression system, consumables system, further build out of questing, token utility and more. As these are continuing to be developed we also continue on our journey to make the game more accessible. This will start with Steam and then Consoles. A Microsoft rep at PAX told us “we are going to make it”, who are we to disagree!... Lots of new ideas, lots of new feedback to work from and a renewed drive and hunger which are only going to help make this an even more compelling and fun game. The Web3 Marketplace In the coming days, Version 1 of the My Pet Hooligan Web3 Marketplace will be going live. Version 1 for now will allow for the trading of My Pet Hooligan NFTs, OG Hooligans and Zuckbots for $KARRAT. It will also serve as the marketplace for all of our upcoming in-game blockchain assets. This will eventually become part of your online My Pet Hooligan central hub and will include features such as rentals and subscriptions. It's been a long time coming but it shall be here very soon. Everything's coming together, one step at a time. It is important to note that there are many pieces of a complex puzzle that must come together in order for us to succeed. Between payment solutions, L1 & L2 blockchains, wallets, distribution platforms and the laws of the land. We are in uncharted waters and continue to do things in the most flexible ways possible to ensure we have strong resilience with our operations. The MPH website is next on the list for an uplift too as well as an overhaul of the user accounts system UI/UX. Team We continue to strengthen the team bringing in new hires and stepping up individuals from the community. Some of the new resources being brought in include a new Game Producer, Senior Game Engineer, Senior Blockchain Engineer and the former Dean of the Epic Unreal Fellowship Programme. Collectively bringing in experience from Epic, Solana, Blizzard and more. There are also some community role changes and new advisors that will help with social strategy and web3. As well as new marketing efforts through new channels of distribution that we are exploring. More to come on this… WinVote V1 Governance isn't sexy but building tools for the benefit of the space that others can license is. Governance is a key part of the industry and a need for most of the foundations in the crypto space. WinVote has started its trial with the KARRAT Foundation. Whilst the trial continues it will continue to be built out with an aim to be the premier tool for on-chain governance in the space. Access to WinVote for other communities and organizations wishing to use WinVote will be secure through licenses that utilize $KARRAT. We still have much more at work here in the studio, such as continued R&D, The Others, AI, Feature Development and more. This list is long, but we are grateful to get to do it. Stay tuned and let us cook, this s#it ain’t easy! Karrat Gang, thank you again for being on this journey with us. We love and appreciate you all! Look out for a catchup with the team next week. Hooli-hoo!!

After regrouping with our investors and the team, I’ve made the difficult decision to wind down Hike completely. Our US business, launched just nine months ago, is off to a strong start. But scaling globally would require a full recap, a reset that is not the best use of capital or time. The Big Question → We could raise the capital, but the real question is: is it worth it? Is this a climb worth pivoting for? For the first time in 13 years, my answer is no. Not for me, not for my team, and not for our investors. Why? 1. RMG was never the destination. It was a way to test unit economics and traction in India while working toward a bigger vision. In hindsight, starting in India locked us into the model and regulatory headwinds, turning a temporary path into a more permanent one. 2. The Gaming Nation vision is real, but we may be too early. The world will eventually move toward a Nation-type model in gaming and Web3 - Company 2.0. But crypto regulation is still developing globally, and we don’t want to repeat India, where we hoped for clarity that never came. 3. And most importantly, if doing a full reset, is this where I’d put my own capital and energy today? For the first time, the answer is no. The world has changed in the last decade - and so have I. There are more important problems to solve and bigger opportunities to deploy brilliant talent and capital. Looking Back & Lessons The last 13 years have been immense. Hike Messenger reached 40M MAUs and became the 35th most loved consumer brand in India at its peak. With Rush, we built a brand new kind of Casual PvP gaming platform and scaled it to 10M users and $500M+ in gross revenue in just 4 years. Our execution was super, but we could never quite make it stick. There are clear lessons to carry forward, especially on market selection: 1. Be careful with winner-take-all markets. To win, you need to go global. 2. Don’t build for today’s tech constraints. Build on the spring/summer of new technologies. 3. Regulatory clarity matters. Risk is fine; uncertainty is not. More importantly momentum is everything. And build what your heart and mind are deeply excited about. It’s the conviction that carries you through. This is both a disappointment and a hard outcome. But I choose to look on the bright side: the learnings are invaluable, and my conviction for what’s next is even stronger. To everyone who has been part of this journey - our users, our team, our investors, and our community - thank you. As a CEO, you’re only as strong as your team, and I want to give a special shout-out to mine - an incredible group of people who gave this everything. Hike This chapter ends, but the climb continues. Looking Forward I’ve always thrived at building at the forefront of technology. Over the last decade, in the little time I had to explore outside of Hike, I kept returning to the same three frontiers. And now, they feel like the great canvases for decades to come → 1. AI → For the first time, technology has both intelligence and memory. Imagine products that don’t just serve us functionally but truly know us - systems that adapt, grow, and partner with us. As a UX-first builder, this is the most exciting time to be building software. 2. Breakthroughs in Energy → Human progress has always been bound by energy. The world’s demand for energy is rising faster than ever. Breakthrough approaches, especially in physics are needed to power the future. The last century gave us mastery of fine matters and electricity, the next will move deeper, at the intersection of science and spirituality - into what yogis call divine magnetism and physicists call the quantum world or electromagnetism. From there will come technologies that today feel impossible to imagine. 3. Mastery of the Self → As AI takes on more of our work, a deeper question will rise: what now defines us? When productivity is no longer the measure of worth, humanity will turn inward. Man’s evolution will move from the intellect to intuitive attunement - a deeper connection with ourselves and the divine (which we’ll realise are one and the same). The tools, spaces, and guides that help us explore this inner world will be as transformative as any innovation in the outer one - unlocking the next level of humanity’s potential. If you put these together, a picture emerges: → the cost of intelligence trending to zero → the cost of energy trending to zero → and the cost of willpower falling lower and lower. Just imagine a future where willpower is infinite, energy is abundant, and intelligence is at our fingertips. This is the future I will help build — and it’s where I’ll be contributing in the decades to come. This new chapter will look very different from the last one 🚀 Video for perspective. Revel Founder & CEO Scott Morton spent 9 years working at SpaceX / Starship for Elon Musk: Biggest lesson? "Elon Musk is really good at is asking engineers to go further than they otherwise would have." i.e. Push past the first “no.” - Avoid incremental thinking. - Question every requirement & constraint. - Force one more round of thinking. - Breakthroughs often follow discomfort. Ref: Walter Isaacson's Biography on Elon: “1. Question every requirement. Each should come with the name of the person who made it. You should never accept that a requirement came from a department, such as from “the legal department” or “the safety department.” You need to know the name of the real person who made that requirement. Then you should question it, no matter how smart that person is. Requirements from smart people are the most dangerous, because people are less likely to question them. Always do so, even if the requirement came from me. Then make the requirements less dumb. 2. Delete any part or process you can. You may have to add them back later. In fact, if you do not end up adding back at least 10% of them, then you didn’t delete enough. 3. Simplify & optimize. This should come after step two. A common mistake is to simplify and optimize a part or a process that should not exist. 4. Accelerate cycle time. Every process can be speeded up. But only do this after you have followed the first three steps. In the Tesla factory, I mistakenly spent a lot of time accelerating processes that I later realized should have been deleted. 5. Automate. That comes last. The big mistake in Nevada and at Fremont was that I began by trying to automate every step. We should have waited until all the requirements had been questioned, parts and processes deleted, and the bugs were shaken out.” . . . Scott Morton (Scott Morton) Founder & CEO of Revel (Revel.io) "Oh man, I have so many stories. But actually, there’s a good one here. I think what Elon’s really good at is asking engineers to go further than they otherwise would have. One of the most interesting examples was the first orbital flight of Starship. We had this maneuver to separate the booster from the ship. We called it the “twig snap.” It essentially looked like a twig snapping in space, and it was a very inefficient way to do it. For the next flight, he was like, “We’re going to do hot staging,” which is where you literally start the Starship engines while it’s still connected to the booster and just blast off. Coming out of that, we all thought, “Okay, cool. We’re going to do the same exact conceptual operations for the next flight. Of course. We’re just going to go nail it this time, right?” And he was like, “No, we’re going to do hot staging on the next flight.” I was actually sitting outside. I wasn’t in the Elon meeting, but I was outside. I saw everyone walk out, and they were all just like, “Oh my God. How are we going to do this?” That week, screenshots started getting shot around. I’m sure everyone was thinking, “Oh, this is going to be really difficult.” But then, throughout the course of the week, some really awesome ideas started coming up. It started to look more and more feasible. Then it became, “How would you manufacture this? How would this all go together?” They ended up inventing, just out of nowhere, a new stage that would sit between the booster and the ship called the hot stage. It would take the blast, and then it would get ejected on reentry for the booster. It worked first shot. That’s insane. I just remember the vibes at SpaceX were like, “Oh my… how in the hell are we going to go do this?” But I think the big lesson there, and something I’ve pulled forward to Revel, is that when engineers come to you and say, “Hey, we just can’t get this to work. This is not possible,” you push them and say, “Well, why don’t you spend two more days thinking about it? Let’s see what comes up. And if nothing, we’ll think about it then.” Engineers really underestimate their ability to creatively problem-solve and come up with new ideas they otherwise never would have thought of when they’re presenting what they think is possible in the moment. I’ll say, “Okay.” They’ll say, “This just isn’t working. We don’t think this is a path.” And I’ll say, “Okay, let’s spend one more day thinking about it.” Oftentimes, there’ll be some breakthrough that no one saw coming. I don’t know how someone hasn’t made a movie about this. There are just so many stories. I mean, early Starship, back in the Hopper days, it was like…"

We are very sad to share the loss of a member of our NFRSA family. RPD Alfie - ‘Alf’ for short, and who served for an astonishing ten years with WMP Dog Unit and West Midlands Police, slipped away with his tennis ball in his mouth last week and Darryl, his handler, shared his wonderful story. “Alf was gifted to West Midlands Police when he was just 10 months old. The reason given by his then owner (who was in tears) “he was so destructive we can’t do a thing with him. He’s a pain in the arse.” What should’ve been a 6 week course was completed in 4 weeks. Turns out he just needed a job.! Alfie went on to work for 10 years during which time he found numerous amounts of drugs, cash and firearms. On one occasion we arrived for our first early shift of the week. A shooting had occurred during the night in a particularly nice part of Birmingham and Alfie and I were tasked with searching for the outstanding firearm. Arriving at the scene I spoke with the Sgt in charge of the search team. “It’s a massive area full of all kinds of s**t. Could you just run Alf over it to see if he shows any interest anywhere. I’ll be in the van, give us a shout.” In typical Alfie fashion, off he went like a stabbed rat, clambering over all manner of junk only to freeze. He’d found it.!! The Sgt hadn’t even taken the froth off his coffee. No matter what time of day or night, no matter what the weather or search conditions Alfie gave his all. With his wonky front foot to his long whippy tail, he made me laugh everyday, he was a real little character. This was summed up on one particular occasion. Monday morning, refresher training. The instructor “We’ve been asked to give a demo at HQ for some VIPs.” Me “No, I don't do media” Later in the day we found ourselves at HQ in front of 100 or so VIPs, all sat in a lecture theatre waiting to be amazed by one of West Mids finest.! The instructor “I’ve hidden the gear (Drugs) in the electrical socket underneath the main screen so everyone can see him work.” In we go and Alfie goes to work, gradually getting closer & closer to the drugs. Standing on his back legs, front feet on the wall. I’m looking on like a proud Dad. Alfies almost on top of the drugs when all of a sudden he drops what he’s doing and shoots towards the audience, running between legs beneath the chairs towards the buffet..!! Oh dear, I thought.! Alfie, having helped himself to a Somosa came running back whilst struggling to swallow the thing. He then went straight back to the drugs giving a perfect “freeze” indication which got a round of applause from the now hysterical audience..!! I reluctantly gave a “click” for a job well done and he come flying over for his ball. As if things couldn’t get any worse and just for good measure Alfie started rolling around on his back all happy with himself and revealed his “pink lipstick”..!! That was Alfie.🥰🐾 Following retirement Alfie went to many a shoot with my wife Jane and our daughter Milly, retrieving & flushing game birds. He was a natural. He passed with a tennis ball in his mouth just the way he wanted. It was an absolute pleasure and honour to have worked Alfie. He put a smile on my face every single day. RIP Little man❤️” What a little star he was - thank you for your service Alfie. Sweet dreams.

2 months after Rocky I was released in 1976, Sylvester Stallone did an interview with the BBC. But it wasn't the Italian Stallion throwing punches. It was the host––who at one point said: "It was fairly presumptuous of you wasn't it? To expect to be able to star in it, because your career up to then had been small parts." Stallone's reply is a perfect mix of humility and determination: "I was mostly what is known as 'atmosphere.' I was in the background or the guy that was being the drunk that was stepped over in the gutter or other lame roles. But I felt like geez, if I was going to go down into professional obscurity, I wanted to at least have the opportunity to say to myself––'Well you tried.' You put your best foot forward, and you didn't make it. I just knew that I had to do it one time." Thought #1 Whether you love the Rocky movies or hate them, you've gotta respect the hustle. Stallone believed he was the man for the job and it was 'his time.' Too often we're content to take a back seat, let others lead the way, and generally keep our mouths shut. For reasons known only to ourselves, we're not good enough, not smart enough, and not cut out for the leading role. We're fine with being the 'supporting cast, the extras.' We sit in the back, keep quiet in the meeting, and cower in the face of opportunity. But we shouldn't. As my friend Sahil Bloom says, If you want something—and you’ve done the work to deserve it—ask for it. Closed mouths don't get fed." That's exactly what Stallone did. Later on, when asked how he ultimately sold himself to the high-profile producers, he explained it like this: "Knocking on windows, pestering them, pressing my face in the door, honking the horn in the driveway, in other words––making a real pain in the neck out of myself." No closed mouth for Sly. Thought #2 Producers loved the script, they just didn't want Stallone. At one point, they even offered him $265K to "just go away." Stallone refused, stating: "I knew if I sold out, even for $500K, I'd have become very bitter. I wanted to at least fail on my own terms." Damn right. About two years ago when I started writing on Twitter I had no connections, no real experience, no idea what I was doing. In fact, to this day, everything I've shared online has been from a makeshift office I set up in my garage. I'm not Stallone, but my mindset was similar. I wanted to fail (or make it) on my own terms. I'd spent 20 years traveling the traditional path: go to school, get a job, work hard, and wait for success to come. By some measures, I guess it had. But for me, I wasn't living the life I had always envisioned. So I took action. Could I return to a normal job, get a salary, and be paid to "just go away"––sure. But I couldn't live with the idea that I'd never given striking out on my own a real shot. I'd be lying if I said I didn't have support from others to help make the transition easier, I did. But taking that first step was up to me, and in your life, it's up to you. The Stoic philosopher Seneca once said: “Putting things off is the biggest waste of life: it snatches away each day as it comes, and denies us the present by promising the future. The greatest obstacle to living is expectancy, which hangs upon tomorrow and loses today. You are arranging what lies in Fortune's control, and abandoning what lies in yours. What are you looking at? To what goal are you straining? The whole future lies in uncertainty: live immediately.” Closing: The point of all this is quite simple, I'm not sharing any new information or breaking new ground. You've got one life to live––go out and get what you deserve. Across 10 movies in total, the Rocky franchise has grossed in excess of $1.7B dollars. Average that out over the 47 years since the first edition was released and it equates to ~ $36M/YR... Not too shabby for the guy who was just "atmosphere."

Everyone thinks altseason is dead But the data is SCREAMING the opposite Back in September 2025, I told you to sell your alts All indicators were screaming altseason was cancelled Nobody believed me. 215 days later - here we are. Every target hit. Now, while everyone's still mourning altseason, something massive is loading. I'm telling you this while alts are still cheap: ➮ $ETH - cheap ➮ $SOL - cheap ➮ $BNB - cheap And here's exactly what's going to happen: You'll do nothing now. You'll ignore this post. Then alts will pump 40-60% and THAT'S when you'll start buying. Like clockwork. This is NOT random! The manipulators have been running the same playbook since 2017. Year after year. Cycle after cycle. Flawless. The worst part? You don't even realize you've been feeding this machine all these years. Let me break the pattern down for you: Stage 1: FEAR They convince you that: ➮ $BTC is dead ➮ Alts are dead ➮ Crypto is dead You either sell in panic, or do nothing Either way - you LOSE. Here's the secret: that's exactly where alts are right now. Stage 2: BOOM The market starts pumping. But you're still on the sidelines. "It's just another fake rally." "Give it time, we'll go lower." The pump keeps going. And you start to doubt yourself. That's the moment the system hooks you. Stage 3: BULLISH NEWS Now your greed meter sits at 80-90%. That's exactly when the bullish news machine kicks in: ➮ "Bitcoin ETFs just absorbed 9x more BTC than miners produced in a single week." ➮ "White House signs new executive order to fast-track crypto adoption." ➮ "ETH just shipped its biggest scaling upgrade since The Merge." You rush in to buy. But it's too late. The manipulator already started cashing out - ON YOU! I've been watching this pattern for years It works the same way every single time Only the ones who read it walk away with the money That's why I built a system that profits on every single stage of it. I could hand you the exact framework I use But most of you aren't ready to learn So prove me wrong 1,000 likes + 300 RTs and I'm dropping it Follow me with NOTIFS ON so you don't miss it.

A central bank. And Bitcoin. My speech at The Bitcoin Conference 2026 in Las Vegas on 28 April 2026. Video and text; the slide link is below: Today, I want to talk about a strange combination: A central bank. And Bitcoin. Most people do not put these two things together. I do. In monetary policy, a central bank must be conservative. But it must think ahead. When I became Governor of the Czech National Bank in mid-2022, inflation in my country was close to 20 percent. Twenty percent. It was a serious moment. When I took office, I said we would bring inflation back to 2 percent within two years. And we did. Not with magic. With discipline. I said this clearly: Even before covid, money was too cheap for too long. For too long, the system promoted borrowing. For too long, the currency was weakened. We changed that. We kept policy tighter for longer. We supported saving. And the koruna became strong. That, for me, is conservative monetary policy. Our rule is simple: stay hawkish forever. We also manage very large foreign exchange reserves. Very large. We manage about 180 billion dollars in reserves. That is about 44 percent of GDP. Relative to the size of our economy, our reserves are among the largest in the world. So we have to build the right portfolio for the future. Here, you can see the long-term risk and return. It is based on Czech koruna data, the currency in which our books are kept. Bonds are at the low end. Low risk. Low return. Stocks and gold can offer higher returns. But they also bring higher risk. The next point is the Czech National Bank’s portfolio. Over the past four years, we increased the share of equities from 15 to 26 percent. We also increased the share of gold from almost zero to 6 percent. We built a diversified portfolio. A higher expected return than before. Lower risk than an all-stock portfolio. And even lower risk than an all-bond portfolio. But then came the next question. Can we do more? Can we build an even stronger portfolio for the future This is where Bitcoin comes in. The first time I used Bitcoin, I bought a coffee in Prague about ten years ago. Today, that coffee comes to about 350 dollars. It was the most expensive coffee of my life. Bitcoin has had very high returns. But honestly, it looks risky. It is much more volatile than other assets. One day, its price may be much higher. Or it could go to zero. Yes, zero. And that is true for other assets too. A stock can go to zero. Even a bond can fail. That is why it is not wise to bet on just one asset. We have to think about the whole portfolio. The next point on the chart is what we found in our new analysis. This is our model portfolio with 1 percent in Bitcoin. And here comes the interesting part. With 1 percent in Bitcoin, the expected return goes up. And the overall risk stays about the same. That is what our new study shows. Why? Because Bitcoin has low long-term correlation with many traditional assets. It does not move in the same way. And that matters. When you add an asset like this, the whole portfolio can work better. The return can go up. And the risk can stay about the same. That is diversification. Over the long term, Bitcoin can provide returns that are not closely linked to other assets. In some ways, it is similar to venture capital. But it is much more liquid. So we started a separate test portfolio with Bitcoin. A test portfolio. Not a revolution. Not a political statement. A test. We will run it for two years. Then we will publish the results. Then we will decide what comes next. Be conservative in monetary policy. Be innovative in how we work. This is the future.
