So, I’ve got a bit of medical PTSD when it comes to going under. One week ago marked two years since I was wheeled into surgery to have rods fused from C2 to T2 in my spine—only to wake up paralyzed from the shoulders down. (Now it's from the waist down, but still.) About a year after that, I found myself in an induced coma, lost in fever dreams while doctors fought to stabilize my failing renal and respiratory systems. And now, in just two weeks, I’ll be going under again—for the first time since all of that. Needless to say, I'm carrying a lot of fear into this. Thankfully, my doctor has agreed to let me wear AirPods while being sedated and even while under. Music played a huge role in helping me find peace during my coma, so I need to be incredibly intentional about what I listen to this time. Last time, Bartender was the #1 song that let me soar above the coma and into a place I needed to go, a place that made me feel OK if this were it. I’m looking for soft, calming songs—not necessarily “Lover Lay Down” on repeat, but definitely not “Halloween” crashing through the anesthesia. I have access to every official DMB release, all the Live Trax, DMBLive, live releases etc. and I can convert just about any YouTube video. So I’m asking you—help me build this setlist. For those New Yorkers with young kids, however, holding down a nine-to-five and managing pickup and drop-off at a traditional 3 p.m. time can be unmanageable. We see parents who are forced to either miss important work obligations, reduce work hours, or shell out for secondary child care. Last month, we announced the launch of Universal 2K, free child care for two-year-olds, starting with 2,000 seats this fall in neighborhoods just like this one that need it the most. In the time since, we’ve been speaking to New Yorkers about how this program can best meet their needs. As part of that conversation, we are gathered here today, proud to announce that the default model for 2K seats across the city will be full day and full year, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Now, that is going to be 10 hours a day, 260 days a year. A typical school year, as we know, only lasts 180 days. What this will do is save working parents at least $20,000 per child. Now, part of the $1.2 billion we secured in partnership with the governor as we build out a pathway to universal child care for children not just two years old, but even further, as soon as we reach down to six weeks and older, it is work that is at its best when it’s supporting the needs of working families.

His Mortal Kombat post also signaled "Ready Player 1", which signals the RK meme, but it's important to remember it closes with Daenery's Dragon from "Game of Thrones". The Dragon awakens in RED. This had gotten me a few times... because it's a Dragon, and Dragons are cool, so I am inclined to expect big moves... And Gamestop is down 8% as of right now, big move alright! RK's memes are like a deck of cards. Each one has meaning to convey and it can be pulled at any time, and multiple times at that. I'm beginning to finally catch on to the language. Anyway, we have a ton to unpack here with "The Batman", so let's start with a transcription: "The Batman is about Bruce Wayne, who feels it's his duty to protect Gotham, even if it's beyond saving, because he's a symbol... a symbol that can endure, punish, and bring change. First of all, I want to point out that the world of Meme Tokens is VERY much like Gotham City: Crime Ridden. Can Barking Puppy save it? Let's jump forward a bit to the part where Kevin says "Spearheading The Riddler". This is significant because he cuts to a shot of Scorpion from the "Mortal Kombat" live action movie. "Get Over Here." Kevin identifies Barking Puppy as Scorpion, which is in keeping with how I identified his BP character in his "MK" post on X last night [fire fatality was a dead giveaway]. We connected his "Mortal Kombat" post to RK's "Ready Player 1" post because it features Scorpion, Goro, and others in the movie. The "MK" Dragon also connects perfectly to the "GoT" red-eyed dragon. Yet, there is another RK "MK" post that I missed, it shows the actual game. The post is about a CHANGE IN NARRATOR. One of the characters [Liu Kang = Ape] performs a bicycle kick and it hits... and hits... and hits for so long that RK interjects the "SpongeBob SquarePants" [sBsP = Barking Puppy] narrator. "Two Hours Later" "Six Hours Later" "So much later that the OLD NARRATOR got tired of WAITING and they had to hire a NEW ONE." This RK dates back to March 10th, 2021. This is EXTREMELY significant... And it all connects back to the star that played "The Riddler" in "The Batman": Paul Dano. Paul Dano played as Keith Gill in the movie "Dumb Money." Yesterday, a mysterious new profile appeared in the $BP community... Completely new account, and his first post sent shockwaves. He has a certain pizzazz that just... attracts people. And he began posting RIDDLES. Now, I've learned many lessons about putting my foot in my mouth and speaking too soon. McLaren's Chief Designer Rob Marshall explains the new MCL40 design: “It's all new car, front to back. New regulations. As people have touched upon, the car's a bit shorter. It's actually quite a lot shorter than previous cars, a lot lighter, coupled with a brand new power unit, 50-50 hybrid, and a new set of air regulations designed to try and reduce the size of the weight behind the car, make overtaking a bit easier. If you start from the front, the new front wing is still sort of arrowhead like the previous generation, but it's a bit lower and have a much broader and wider footplate, end plate, than we used to have. And also the front wing is now actuated much like the old DRS. These new cars have got a straight line mode where both the front and rear wings will move their flaps to reduce the drag on the car and help the car get down the straights faster. There's quite a lot of freedom in how you actuate that. I think we'll see different solutions from different cars on the grid. Moving a bit further back, you've got the crash structure, which is basically from here to here. That's all new again. The regulations have changed this year where we need to make sure that after a small shunt that's enough to knock the front wing off, maybe the front half of the nose, the remaining part still serves its function as saving the driver in a secondary crash against another barrier. So that's significantly complicated the design work going into the nose. And then we've got front suspension - again, last year's front suspension was I think very innovative and so is this. We've done quite a few changes which I hope benefit us. And as we go rearward and we've got the main body of the chassis. Again, all new regulations, much tougher homologation requirements. So the crash tests and the squeezes that go into the chassis are quite brutal this year. And a lot of effort and research has gone in to try and make the car able to withstand those. Also, as I touched upon, the car is so much shorter. So a lot of the packaging of where radiators and electrical boxes, which were typically scattered around the car, finding homes for those has been very difficult. There's just less space to put them all. What's helped us there is the fuel tank is a bit smaller. We're going to use less fuel in the race. From an aerodynamic point of view, in this region here, gone are the very curved underfloors that we had with last year's cars. We're replaced with a much more flat bottom car like we had in previous generations. And then as we go rearward again, our rear suspension is actually a bit of an iteration of last year's. We're very happy with what we did last year, and so we just built upon that. Redesigned the gearbox to make it lighter and shorter for the obvious reasons. And then the rear wing is similar-ish to last year's, and the actuation mechanism is a bit like old-school DRS, but it's now mounted on two pylons, and yeah, it will now operate in conjunction with the front wing, as I said.”

Time for a bounce house update. After some quick bookings right when I got started, messages/interest slowed waaaay down. Not going to lie, I wondered if I made a mistake buying them. To be fair, I wasn't putting any effort in. Wyatt | Local Business Growth and I had been talking for a while, and I decided to give him a chance and he quickly built a website, and got it ranking with his local SEO magic. He's been great to work with, even though I haven't given him much to work with (no gbp yet), and since the site has been live, bookings have started rolling in. Getting him onboard made all the difference. We've got 2 next week, and 2 the week after. As I've had reps, I've gotten faster at setup and especially takedown. Still, I've realized this business isn't for me. We'll get our money back, and I do want to buy one more, an obstacle course inflatable, so we'll have to keep the rentals coming in for a while. And even after everything is paid off, I probably won't turn down rental opportunities (I'm sure every Memorial Day and 4th of July will be booked), but it's just a little fun money side-hustle. Residential small ticket is hard. Everyone wants to ask about lowering prices, and then there's lots of logistics (figuring out setup time, pickup time, party ended early and they want to know if we can get there quicker, etc.). All for an average rental of $300. Which is still amazing for very little work, but it doesn't feel worth the hassle or worth trying to grow. The best part is how much my kids love them. I thought they'd be tired of them by now, but they love them. The inflatables have been worth it for that alone. We usually setup one a week and leave it in our backyard for 2 days before putting it away.

Congratulations to CHRIS CAMPOS, who got to pitch at Dodgers Stadium for the FIRST time in a Dodgers uniform in a game. Campos is a SoCal boy, so it can't be described how much this meant to him and his family. And, while he's EARNED every bit of what he got last night, I promise you the Dodgers do NOT miss on things like this. It's part of what makes their culture 2nd to none. As per the outing, it was, well, Chris Campos. Athletic ability that showed off his skills as a former D1 shortstop. Composure combined with "compete". Congratulations to CHRIS CAMPOS, who got to pitch at Dodgers Stadium for the FIRST time in a Dodgers uniform in a game. Campos is a SoCal boy, so it can't be described how much this meant to him and his family. And, while he's EARNED every bit of what he got last night, I promise you the Dodgers do NOT miss on things like this. It's part of what makes their culture 2nd to none. As per the outing, it was, well, Chris Campos. Athletic ability that showed off his skills as a former D1 shortstop. Composure combined with "compete". Sliders and cutters, and 4 seams & 2 seams, or whatever you want to tag the shapes of his pitches. 0 fear of anything, and a supreme confidence that his stuff will get outs IN the zone. Could not be happier for Chris, this is a culmination of a LOT of hard work, a lot of being told he was too small & could NEVER make it, and a lot of just not taking NO for an answer. If you currently hold assets, you’re not going to like what comes next: A global market crash is approaching, yet most people don’t even realize what’s happening. That only happens before rates move higher. Now add the bigger problem most people are ignoring. U.S. national debt is at an all-time high. Over $39.84 trillion and rising faster than GDP. Interest expense alone is exploding, becoming one of the largest line items in the federal budget. The U.S. is issuing more debt just to service existing debt. That’s the definition of a debt spiral. The Fed becomes trapped between raising rates and allowing inflation to accelerate. This is why the latest inflation data matters so much right now: - You cannot sustain record debt levels when interest rates move higher. - You cannot run trillion-dollar deficits when inflation is more than double the Fed’s target. And you cannot keep pretending this is normal. That doesn’t happen in healthy systems. We’ve seen this exact setup before: → 2000 before the dot-com collapse. → 2008 before the global financial crisis. → 2020 before the repo market seized. The Fed is cornered.
