Imagine how the people and his family who were waiting for the dead body must’ve felt when the rescuer came back out empty handed with no dead body and was like “hey guys I didn’t find the body but I found him. He is chilling down there” 😂😂

Why do these divers never have some sort of tracking device/system?

Only thing that doesn't make sense is that experienced divers know that going solo in a dive like this is a complete negligent thing to do & yet the recuers did it even knowing someone was lost in there. It defies logic that the rescuer dive by himself in that situation.
