Here are the steps to create this animation: 1. Design and model your own mech in Plasticity. 2. Import the model into the animation software 3ds Max. 3. Create the animation on your own. 4. Render and export the monochrome model animation. 5. Make the final render for reference. 6. Use Seedance 2 to re-render your monochrome model animation according to the reference render you provided. Summary: In this workflow, Seedance 2 acts as a renderer that saves you hours of rendering time. All other work has to be done manually by yourself. Don’t blindly believe that AI can fully produce mech animations for you — it simply cannot do that.

PhoenixReplay — session recording and replay for Phoenix LiveView. → Records assigns server-side, replays by re-rendering the actual view — pixel-perfect, not a DOM approximation → Zero client-side JS — no bundle size impact, invisible to users → See actual server state during replay: changesets, Ecto structs, form data → Navigation, page transitions, live_patch — all captured in one session automatically → 30s session = 8 KB rrweb and friends record DOM mutations client-side: they fight CORS, break on shadow DOM, drift when assets change, and produce approximate replays with visual glitches. None of that applies here — LiveView templates are pure functions, so same assigns = same HTML. The BEAM just keeps the state. More coming soon.

I was clicking through Astryx from Meta's docs, and noticed it felt kind of slow to navigate. It's a docs site that should be fully static, but every route was rendering on the server on each request. We've been building a skill to migrate apps to Cache Components, so I wanted to see if it could help. I ran 𝚗𝚎𝚡𝚝-𝚌𝚊𝚌𝚑𝚎-𝚌𝚘𝚖𝚙𝚘𝚗𝚎𝚗𝚝𝚜-𝚊𝚍𝚘𝚙𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗, and Instant Insights showed the agent exactly what to cache. The skill completed the entire migration on its own, even though Astryx was still on Next.js 15. Now navigation is instant, up to 3x faster. Skill, PR, and performance details below ↓
