This man became irate at the Delta Airlines crew of this flight in Atlanta. This happened in April and the flight was already delayed 3-4 hours and when they boarded the plane they were delayed even more sitting on the plane for almost an hour. The man demanded that they pull into a gate and let him off. At one point, he opens the door. 🤯 The captain of the plane comes on over the loudspeaker and tells him that they will indeed pull into a gate and let him off but he wants him to sit down. Surprisingly, many people sided with the man saying they understood his frustration and it was ridiculous to be delayed for 3-4 hours and then have to wait on the tarmac for almost another hour. Some pointed out that there is a law that now says they cannot keep you on board for so many hours, but that law states no longer than three hours. Other people said he should have waited and been patient like the other passengers and that it is out of the crew’s control. They went back to the gate and the man was taken into custody by police. What do you think? Did he make too much of a commotion or do you think he was right and they should have let those passengers get off the plane?

A 61 year-old man was nearly sucked out of a plain window on a flight to Germany on Ryanair. An engine exploded and shattered the window that he was seated next to ..he was pulled out to his shoulders. His wife desperately clung onto him for five minutes. Eventually with the help of other passengers pulled him back into the plane.. The plane made an emergency landing. Luckily everyone on board was not injured. However, the man was treated for friction burns.. thank God he’s OK. I can’t even imagine the fear that was going through his mind, and his wife’s mind as she was desperately clinging on to him. The window itself is relatively small. Imagine the forces that it took to just pull him out like that. What a nightmare.!

As the officer was searching the premises he ran into Trey an employee of the hotel and also African American. When confronted, the Nihang Sikh admitted that he did not have a ticket. A teen who was assaulted and slammed by a Warren police officer during booking has filed a $50 million lawsuit. The lawsuit was filed this week by Fieger Law. Matthew Rodriguez, 48, an officer with 14 years on the force, was charged Friday with assault and battery charges. Warren police announced Monday that he had been fired According to the lawsuit, the teen suffered physical and mental damage due to excessive force, and the city of Warren failed to properly train the officer. "Officer Matthew, with the specific intent to intimidate and/or harass Plaintiff, as a result of his race and/or ethnicity, caused physical contact with Plaintiff by striking him in the head and/or face with a fist and pulling him off the ground by his hair," the lawsuit reads. The lawsuit also says that the two other officers in the video failed to intervene and help the teen. “This is one of the most flagrant cases of police misconduct I’ve seen in my entire career as a trial attorney. The sheer violence and disregard for human life that these three officers showed is despicable and cannot be tolerated," said James Harrington of Fieger Law. The incident happened early this week at the Warren police department. The video shows the officer punching and grabbing the 19-year-old by his locs before slamming & launching him into his cell. Warren Police Commissioner Bill Dwyer says an investigation was launched after the two officers in the video stepped up and told a supervisor about the incident. One officer was telling Rodriguez "That's enough" multiple times in an attempt to make the officer stop, Dwyer said. At first, they did not know why the officer was attacking him. Within a week, the officer was arrested, charged, and put on unpaid administrative leave, said Dwyer. The officer in the video also was out of policy and was not wearing bodycam. The officer has a lengthy history of alleged accessive force. He currently has two pending lawsuits.
