NYC: A 73-year-old man was standing on the platform at the 161st St–Yankee Stadium subway station around 3:30 a.m. when he was pushed by another person. He hit the side of a train and fell back onto the platform. The man suffered minor injuries and was taken to Lincoln Hospital in stable condition. Police have taken a person of interest into custody. The MTA says just after 5 p.m. Sunday the third and fourth cars of the southbound 4 train detached near the 149th Street-Grand Concourse station. A rescue train was sent to the scene so passengers could then transfer from the disabled train to the platform. Via Eyewitness News
