That’s why the laws must be bigger than everyone- to keep politicians in check! But in Nigeria it’s the opposite

It is not normal though. Normalizing it makes it acceptable to the citizenry. Nobody is asking for equality, we're asking you to do your jobs and be the voice of the masses.

The answer is in building institutions. We strengthen the process, especially the judiciary. There should be consequences for deviating from the process. Review the process regularly. Penalties for corruption and criminality. If you present yourself to serve, expect scrutiny.

Can this particular teaching be said in other developed countries or don’t they elect their representatives too over there. Omo it’s not a normal thing please this teaching is just applicable to nja and other African countries like us.

I believe everyone is important to the community, so therefore, if I pick a taxi and paid, I still have to tell the driver, Thank you. It’s important to treat people with respect.

I will not totally agree with him cos all leaders are not same. Some leaders find joy in serving the people wholeheartedly. Most are of course corrupt but not all.

How do I, do you relate with our subordinates?- drivers, gateman, staff, people not in your social class/level. Human nature is basically selfish. It takes self control/discipline to be different. Politicians elsewhere are same but INDEPENDENT/EFFECTIVE INSTITUTIONS is the diff
