Sometimes we don’t just have questions for God, but we actually question Him. If Scripture says that God can do anything, heal anyone, and restore relationships—why do bad things still happen? Why is life still hard? Asking questions isn’t bad. It brings us closer to God and reminds us of His truth. Right now, pray this prayer and ask God to meet you in your doubts and questions.

Jude warned that before Jesus returns, people would creep into the Church unnoticed and twist grace into permission to live however we want. But biblical grace is not cover-up grace. It’s empowering grace. Yes, grace forgives us. But grace also gives us the power to live differently. Before Christ, we could not live the life God called us to. But through His grace, we are empowered to walk in holiness, obedience, and godliness. God never intended grace to excuse sin. He gave grace to transform us. This matters deeply in the days we’re living in. We don’t prepare for Christ’s return by lowering the standard. We prepare by allowing His grace to change us from the inside out. We worry because we think we are in control. But we aren’t- God is. There’s no possible way for us to know what tomorrow will bring. All we can do is trust in the One who does. Scripture says we can’t add a single hour to our life by worrying. Worrying does NOTHING to help the situation- but we still do it because our flesh needs to feel in control. Teach yourself to deny your flesh. Recite scripture or pray in those moments and give it ALL to God. Lay EVERYTHING down at His feet and let go of it. Trust God to actually be God!

The Bible makes it clear that our standard of "good" isn't the same as God's. Jesus said that only God is truly good, and Romans 3:23 reminds us that all have sinned and fall short of His glory. No matter how kind, generous, or moral we try to be, we can't reach perfection on our own. And heaven requires perfection-a standard none of us can meet by our own efforts. That's why we need Jesus. Jesus lived the perfect, sinless life we couldn't live, and He took our sin upon Himself so we could be forgiven and made right with God. Salvation isn't something we earn through good deeds-it's a gift of grace received through faith in Him. When we truly put our trust in Jesus, repent of our sin, and follow Him, our lives begin to change. Good works don't save us-but they become the evidence of a transformed heart. Don't rely on being "good enough." None of us are. Put your trust in the One who is. Choose Jesus, walk in repentance, and live in the grace that only He can give.
