Patience is key to all things #Somaliland

I am proud of you, madam deputy minister, for being part of the team that is working towards the recognition of Somaliland. You are contributing to a golden chapter in the history of SL. History will remember you, and the people of RSL will always appreciate your efforts. 💚🤍❤️

After an agonizing wait of 33 years, the moment has arrived for Somaliland to reclaim its deserved recognition as a separate and sovereign state. The exciting news is that the first African country is on the brink of acknowledging Somaliland as an independent nation.

In other words, the MOU will be finalised on the 26th of June. Ain’t that right madam deputy minister?

Lay off the khat no recognition will happen in your lifetime. Ethiopia literally stated they have no intention of recognizing your village it only wants a port and naval base!

Somaliland is a remarkable example of resilience and determination. Despite numerous challenges, it has built a stable and democratic society with a vibrant culture and a strong sense of community. Its progress in peace, governance, and economic development is truly inspiring.
