LIMA accidentally attached to small diagonal and not LAD 😢

Yes

LIMA seen on a vessel that is on lateral border of heart, most likely OM. And then we have epicardial collaterals from the OM to LAD and PDA.

LIMA was anastomosed to Diagonal instead of LAD and it was giving collaterals to RCA

It should be informed to cardiac surgeon of another hospital , that will serve more purpose than twitter .

Informed. This is for learning purpose. I am sharing an interesting angio with cardiology students following me. My posts here are Only for them

That’s nice

LIMA giving collaterals to PDA, OM and retrogradely filling LAD upto D1

Where is LIMA anastamosed ?

Diagonal??

Retrograde flow to circumflex, RCA, and distal LAD, competitive with remains of native antegrade flow

LIMA anastomosed to diagnol. LAD filling retrogradely

Who put Lima to diag ??

Lima does feed the LAD just not the way it should be. 👀 that small diagonal didnt sign up for this flow
