How can CUT OFF be higher than Exam marks⁉️ Under Chor Mamata this is possible⚠️ Even if fresher candidates got 70/70 in the OMR Sheet and Qualification, the Cut off Is 76‼️ Because, to accommodate their favourite Candidates, Mamata has given 10 marks for Experience❗
