@patbev21 Wait, don't just fast! We fast so we can focus on atoning & self reflection. And we do it in community usually. At the very least, listen to services in English on line to distract. B/ce after 15 hrs you're gonna need some distraction from the dizzy! 1/

@patbev21 Love this! @patbev21 on holy days, we are prohibited from "work" or "creating," which many Jewish people say driving or turning on a light is "creating energy" so it is barred on these days. Every Jewish observes in their own way, though. Happy to see you join us in this ✡️♥️
