Patrick Kane’s Shootout Goals with the Blackhawks.

it's a shame that the NHL still can't figure out that shootout game winning goals should count statistically as goals. all these great goals being scored... and none of them count on the player totals... yet they win the game.

Now everyone tries to do that. Kane had some of the slickest and quickest hands ever. He can pull it off.

Believe it or not, Patrick Kane is 5th all time in shootout percentage.

This shouldn’t be allowed. The league should have a defender start at the opposite blue and chase the shooter. It would stop this super slow shootout attempt.

Not saying this to blame PK, shootouts/penalty shots are a joke. The goalie is already at a huge disadvantage and now players do what is shown in the video. Kaner is tremendous, I am actually a fan…this isn’t the nature of the shot.
