Snapshot of something Mike Vrabel expressed frustration with this morning: He sees Hunter Henry (bottom of screen) trying to communicate with the official 15 yards away/do the right thing alignment-wise … and still get penalized. “I’ll have to try to get some clarification on that — how we are going to do this going forward,” Vrabel says. Earlier today, in his radio interview, Vrabel shared that he was irked with over-officiating at the line of scrimmage. “If our guys are going to look over; I get that we have to be legal. But for as long as I can remember in this league, the refs are going to try to officiate proactively and work with the players. “If it’s a hold, call a hold. If it’s defensive pass interference, call defensive pass interference. But at the line of scrimmage, if players are going to try to get the formation correct … we’re not going to tell them that they are either on the line of scrimmage or they have them off? They’re just going to sit there and tap their knee? “I don’t know what that is. That’s frustrating that we are that literal as an officiating department — if that is indeed what they are telling them. … “I didn’t know when we were going to start officiating the line of scrimmage and not communicate with our players. Because in the end, the relationship the players have with officials, I think can be really positive and they can explain the mechanics they’re looking for.”

👉OK, so a few days back I saw a photo in my phone, that prior I had not caught the significance of. Frank Turek, was standing in the far left corner of the photo & it looked to me, like he is pointing his phone to film Rick Cutler. -Allegedly. So my friend here, sent me the original video that someone had caught, at some point, & asked me to see what I can do with it. -The first video is the original one that I was sent. -The second item, is a picture of the video that I took. Something to me, looked a lot like a face, & sunglasses. I then saved that image & edited it in my basic phone adjustments, to try to define what I thought I am seeing, as best I could. -Next, is the picture, that gave me the original impression, that Turek was filming Cutler. -And then I edited a video to highlight what I think… I am seeing. -ALLEGEDLY… Thoughts please? When Brayden Point came into the league, drafted 79th overall, people questioned his ability to skate. Jon Cooper said his first impression of Point was that he struggled to skate. So, what did No. 21 do? He worked tirelessly to improve, becoming one of the best skaters in the world. Yes, I know he struggled this year, posting 18 goals & 32 assists through 63 games. This morning the first thing on my phone was a message from my friend at the front: “Is grandma okay?” I didn’t understand. Then I opened the news. Seven people killed. One street away from mine. I called granny. She’s alive. She says the building shook. Then the lights went out, everything went out, just darkness and explosions, and she thought the whole house was falling into an abyss. She said: I can’t talk right now. I need to come back to myself. Call me later. So I sit here, far away, thanking God it wasn’t her building. And immediately after that: next time it can be. Next time she is inside it. 27 ballistic missiles came at Kyiv last night and we could not stop them. Because we do not have what it takes to stop them. Patriots are the difference between an old woman making her morning tea and an old woman under concrete. I know the ritual by now. Shock. Condolences. “Unacceptable.” And Russia draws the only conclusion that matters to it: that it can keep doing this, and nothing will change. We need Patriots. And the licence for Europe to build these interceptors is not technology being given away. It is the difference between a family standing in a stairwell and a family under one. If this is not what alliances are for, then what they are for. My grandmother survived tonight. Someone else’s did not.

Kc saying all the villa girls are giving the Casa boys what they should have been getting is honestly really disgusting to me. That’s such a disrespectful thing to say about women because why are you feeling so entitled to their bodies just because you’re in a couple? Nobody owes anyone physical affection or a certain level of intimacy simply because they’re partnered up. Every person moves at their own pace and should be allowed to do so without being made to feel like they failed their partner. That comment is giving fuck boy I am sorry. 23 year old David Puig is having another great season, finishing inside the points in every event on the LIV Golf League to be 10th on the Standings and finishing T11 or better in all 3 DP World Tour starts. He’s been a model of consistency but is without a win and he says it’s something he’s looking forward to the challenge of trying to overcome: “I’ve been having a really good season and playing very consistent. I think I’ve been doing well in every part of the game if you look at my strokes gained. Lots of birdies, some eagles, but too many mistakes to be winning events and it’s something I’m really looking forward to, the challenge of minimising the mistakes and trying to get it done this year. “There’s times where I’ve made the right decision, it was just poorly executed and a few unlucky breaks here and there that stopped me from winning. But I’m looking forward to the challenge and really happy with how I’ve been playing.” David is an electric player to watch who is not scared to take on tough shots and can get hot at any time running off strings of birdies. His speed is his biggest asset but it’s something he says he needs to learn how to utilise: “I might be a little different than the average player. I hit the ball pretty far and that makes it a bit more challenging when I’m out of position in the rough. We’ve caught a couple of fliers where the ball reacts different than expected out of the different lies and that makes it more challenging. But I’ve just got to learn from those mistakes and keep getting better. “My game is getting into good shape. I’m positive with the way I’ve been working on and off the course to get to that point that I can get the win. I’m excited for it and I’m learning. I just need to keep the mistakes off the card.” David is playing this week at LIV Golf UK by JCB and it’s a course which he says he enjoys. He also played well here last season coming T11. Hopefully he can continue his great form this season and contend again this weekend at the JCB Golf and Country Club.

A few days ago, I met someone I’ll never forget. His name is Austin. He’s homeless, lives on the beach… and yet, he might be the happiest, most genuine soul I’ve ever met. There was something different about him; this quiet peace, this joy, this deep kindness. Over the last couple of days, we shared some moments I’ll hold onto forever. I took him on his first rollercoaster ride. His first baseball game. We bought supplies/food together and gave back to other homeless people in need. I thought I was showing him a good time… but truthfully, Austin had the bigger impact on me. He reminded me of what really matters; gratitude, presence, connection. That happiness doesn’t always come from having more, but from appreciating what you already have. I offered to get him a place, to help him into a shelter, but he didn’t want it. The beach is his home. It’s his happy place. And I respect that. Before we parted, I got him a phone and made sure he had my number so we can always stay in touch. He’s not just someone I met, he’s a new friend. Thank you, Austin. Looking forward to more memories together 🫶🌊

What began as a healthy practise to make your body strong naturally and create an aesthetic physique has now morphed into a somewhat grotesque display of excess. I want to reiterate that I am not taking away from people's discipline or effort in this practise, nor do I want to individually attack anyone. What I do want to attack is the unnatural steroid-driven absurdities that we see in modern bodybuilding, which also carries with it many people trying to pursue this unhealthy vision and even passing away because of it. This is all the evidence you need that this is not healthy. Today, when so many young, impressionable people are seeing steroid-driven physiques online, it's important to talk about and discuss the possible health negatives of this lifestyle. You can attain an amazing steroid-free natural aesthetic physique with the right natural foods, consistency, discipline over years, and intense training where you push yourself. This will always be the case.

I genuinely think the Terafab is going to end up being one of the biggest moves ever made in human history to secure the future of AI... and I think most people still don’t fully see what Elon is trying to do here. The signs are clear to me. This is Tesla, xAI, and SpaceX essentially hinting to us that they are not going to wait on the world to give them the compute the team needs. They are going to build it themselves at a scale no one has ever attempted. When you really break it down, it gets a bit nutty. This is going to be a fully vertically integrated chip factory that will be producing over 1 terawatt of AI compute per year. This is NEXT LEVEL BIG. Today, AI is limited by chips. You can have the best models, the best engineers, the best everything... but if you don’t have enough compute, you will eventually hit a wall. Elon told us, the world can only supply a tiny fraction of the chips his companies will need. So this is the solution. Terafab puts everything under one roof like design, manufacturing, memory, packaging, testing, which means that they can build chips very fast.. like really fast. I'm talking about 100-200 billion custom AI chips per year at full capacity. Chips designed specifically for: • Tesla cars and Optimus robots • xAI models • Space-based compute You see, while other companies and CEOs are thinking Earth, Elon is planning for AI in space. Around ~80% of the compute is expected to go orbital, powered by solar energy bc Earth simply doesn’t have enough electricity. The U.S. grid is only about ~0.5 terawatts, while space has basically UNLIMITED energy if you can capture it. And this is the steps to get it: Starship launches → space compute → solar-powered AI → feeds back into everything to Earth. Bro... Elon and his companies are playing at a whole different level... Bc of this fact, I’ve spent A LOT of time studying founders and CEOs. I’ve looked at how they think, how they execute, how they make decisions when things get hard. Literally everything I could. And honestly, I’ve never seen anyone operate at the level that Elon does. What makes him different is much more than just big ideas. A lot of people have big ideas. I believe that’s the easy part. The difference is he actually goes for it and builds them. Like reusable rockets, self driving electric cars, global internet from space, humanoid robots, AI… most people would spend their entire career chasing just one of those things. He’s doing all of them at the same time. The speed he moves at, the scale he thinks at, and the risks he’s willing to take are on another level. He’s constantly pushing entire industries forward while most companies are just trying to protect what they already have. That’s why, as an investor, I pay so much attention to leadership. And after studying so many founders over the years, I can honestly say I’ve never come across someone who operates like Elon Musk. Love him or hate him, the level he’s playing at is simply unmatched. I think he’s the greatest entrepreneur we’ve ever witnessed. And I really don’t say that lightly.

She said "Abia is not what you see on social media." I agree with her . In the last three days I have been to Abia two times. I have been looking for the heaven on earth that Obidients and IPOB have been talking about. Honestly, Aba hasn't changed in anyways that demands commendation. One thing you people do is package average leadership just like you did with Peter Obi. If we're talking about Governors doing magic in the South East, visit Imo, Anambra and Enugu. Even your eyes will tell you. You wouldn't need to start looking for the developmental changes. They've started spreading that Alex Otti is building ports.
