I avoid those groups because they are not interested in growth. Tribal mindset is outdated and it’s boring to experience because there is no growth. Just an echo chamber.

ME! Being right all the time or predicting things isn't some magic or wanting to be right; it's learning from the past, seeing the patterns, reading, & asking questions. Most in society are taught not to do these things cause it's easier, and the powers that be like it that way.

Being a professor has helped me to understand that you have to bring people from where they are and then all along the journey so they can understand the pattern you see that they may not yet see. I now patiently explain, maybe not even revealing the whole pattern at once, to bring people on board before revealing the whole pattern. You lay hints, help them make the discovery on their own, and then sit back and wait for the seed to grow. It can be frustrating, so be sure to stay busy preparing for when others catch up!
