This movie was great, but even when I saw it for the first time at like 12 years old I was like "why are the Germans in US tanks?"

This film is the pinnacle of filmmaking, especially for World War II buffs. George C. Scott thoroughly deserved his Oscar for Best Actor for his performance as Patton. A brilliantly made epic, which I've watched so many times over the past decades. 10/10

Not much German forward and flank security to the column ... but makes the introduction battle scene for the movie.

It’s a steaming piece of shit. While Scott is brilliant as always the rest of the movie is just horrible. The combat scenes are weak and support acting is hampered by a script only surpassed in its mediocrity by The Gallant Hours with Cagney playing Admiral Halsey. P U to both.
