I own multiple homes. I keep all utilities in my name. They don't pay after a while. Guess who turns off electric, water, etc. It works faster than the courts.

Yeah I don’t understand why we even have to have court. Like an officer should be able to read the lease and if it’s obvious the rent hasn’t been paid in a timely manner they should remove them, this whole court thing taking forever is ridiculous or just like hire people who are judges that can do it over the phone. So many of these are open and shut. The complicated ones fine, but the obvious ones need to be expedited

The courts and the laws favor the deadbeat tenants. I had a condo I rented and as soon as I would file a case for unpaid rent with the court, they give the tenant 30 days to pay. Tenant pays on the 29th day and we start the process all over again. Eventually tenant got evicted.
