There were 5 military vehicles on-board, they were too low to fix anything. The fix would be to point the nose down, gain airspeed and slowly climb after they stabilized, but you can't do all that at 1,200 ft. They were doomed, because someone didn't properly secure the load.

@MarvinMilton2 That looks like a hardcore stall, must have been a "diversity hire" Guy pictured below kept failing his "check ride" so he claimed the company was "wassist" and they passed him, he killed everyone in the airliner.
