Palauig Point is about 220km from Huangyan Island (Scarborough). Therefore, 75.9nm from Palauig is still some 80km from Scarborough, well over 24nm territorial waters of the island. This means that PCG vessels can only make some scratches well beyond China claimed waters... And PCG can only boast of this as a pure propaganda operation.
