PCSD Contacted Savannah Guthrie While Speaking to Criminal Network — A few things stand out to me in this video/report: 1. The officer approaches Alex respectfully and identifies himself, unlike yesterday’s encounter when Alex was yanked from his chair. 2.Alex's response is notable—he freely gave permission for a full... search, even though he didn't have to. 3.Per this clip from May 26, a Sergeant had immediate access to Savannah, "Nancy Guthrie's daughter," and contacted her directly to ask whether the white Tesla driver had permission to be on the property. @CriminalNetworX True, but sometimes people do use past tense words when speaking about the deceased. “Is” versus “was” is a big difference IMO.

@CriminalNetworX Also notable, the officer that confronted him ordered him to stand up and put his cigarette out. When Alex asked why the officer said "because I just gave you an direct order" which is far from telling a citizen they are under arrest.
