I love everything about this intro the song choice, the character designs, colors, backgrounds, poses, the smart use of limited animation It all works so well

it is a war crime that spumco never really did anything else in this style besides this and the harlem shuffle, it’s like crack for my eyes

the only other things that come close to this (that I know of) are a pc game called creature crunch and a tv bumper from 81

This whole intro is like Spumco is gearing up of what the first and second season of Ren and Stimpy would turn out to be after finishing up New Adventure of Beany and Cecil.

I’ve really adored the look of this intro sequence. It looks fun, charming, and very appealing. Props to Lynne Naylor and Bob Camp!

I love those '80s vibes with the song, but what's alternate style Wendy Testaburger doing there?!
