I don't think hoyo can ever peak like this ever again

crazy how much personality and development the characters had in the story. games now have every new char for a patch & get rotated away the next patch. for all games. I would fw a repeat char game like hi3 battlesuits, if the quality of story can be this good. good times man.

I still cry to this scene. This was truly the apex of Honkai Impact. I even went the trouble of reading the whole arc again to verify something: That, indeed, every single dialogue of Domination arc is relevant. That should be the norm, but in gachas is a massive win. Peak story.
