It's mad to think how many of us would take this "dive" back in a heartbeat compared to what we have now.

NPE where I once lived, it wasn’t that bad then in the 80s also Gloucester Grove Est. Wasn’t a nice estate that one, to closed in!! I remember when it was all houses around there, my Dad actually demolished St George’s way as he had his own demolition firm in the 60’s & 70’s

Much better now.

Is it just me but I remember the 80”s as being very cold ice on the inside of your window 10 coats on top off your blankets to keep warm in bed.
