If you have lagging Arms and bringing them up to par is your TOP PRIORITY… I’d recommend doing something like this each week: Upper A • 2-3 sets of “The GREATEST Triceps exercise known to man” • 2-3 sets of Supinated Grip Curls w/ Upper Arm Support • 2-3 sets of Machine or Cable Overhead Extensions • 2-3 sets of Hammer Grip Curls w/ Upper Arm Support Upper B (Performed 3-4 days after Upper A) • 2-3 sets of Dip Machine • 2-3 sets of Machine or Cable Preacher Curls • 2-3 sets of “The GREATEST Triceps exercise known to man” OR Machine or Cable Overhead Extensions • 2-3 sets of Hammer Grip Curls w/ Upper Arm Support This will result in you doing somewhere between 8-12 sets of direct Bicep and Tricep work per week Low likelihood you need any more volume than that to improve your Arms mightily if following the notes below: 1) The ideal rep range to be using when performing the exercises mentioned is the 5ish to 10ish rep range — Choose a weight you can do for 5, 6, 7 reps @ 0-2 RIR…once you can do that weight for 8, 9, 10ish reps, increase the load by 5ish pounds 2) You should perform all reps of all the listed exercises with a controlled (but not overly slow) eccentric and an explosive (but still controlled) concentric 3) You should perform these exercises very early in your workout to ensure they are as efficient/effective as possible — If you perform them later on, you will not get as robust a growth stimulus from the sets because of the outstanding fatigue that will be present from the earlier sets/exercises in your workout Additional notes: - You may sub any of these exercises for comparable exercises due to preferences and/or equipment availability — Ex: Dip Machine subbed for Weighted Dips - I probably forgot something that I should’ve mentioned…if I think of it I’ll drop it in the post below

I am a Licensed Electrical Contractor, I work for a company that manufactures and installs commercial LED fixtures. Just finished a job for a US Govco building. 1. The drivers work on any voltage range between 115-277 or 460-480, depending on the application. 2. Flickering (Strobing) is 95% from a Defective Driver. 3. There is no possible way all these drivers are going bad at the same time. 4. The only logical, technical answer to this is that the frequency of the power is unstable. US is 60Hz European is 50Hz. 60 or 50 Cycles per Second. For this to happen on a large scale, the Utility Provider has to have an imbalance between Production and Load. Very uncommon. 5. Excessive loads on the grid, normally the computer switches part of the load to a different substation. 6. There isn't a logical explanation for this on a wide scale, other than more planned PSYOP'S, to create more panic and fear. 7. Walmarts, Airports, Hospitals, Essential Structures like Police, Fire, etc. Are always fed from a minimum of 2 different substations. Many are fed from 3 with automatic transfer gear. 8. If this wasn't a PSYOP, or Intentional planned exercise to create more panic. Utility workers would be all over this, in less than 30 minutes. If it's doing that to the lighting, it's happening to motors, compressors, and computers. Watch the left hand so you don't pay attention to the right hand.

As college football coaches, due to our new annual college football schedule, there aren’t consecutive “Days Off” like we used to have in the past, thus the reason I’m taking advantage of these next few days off — starting today. Context: this is the first time the Atuaia family has been together as one unit since 2020 Covid Christmas. We got up this morning (11am😂) to ready ourselves for a FAMILY PHOTOSHOOT that hasn’t happened since 2017 due to 3 LDS missions, 3 job changes, 3 moves to 3 different states, and mostly the multiple excuses I’ve given NOT to be available for this event. After the Photoshoot, our kids wanted to go to Savage Fish in Millcreek for Pokē. My kids know a little about it, but we (Liz and I) have a Christmas story concerning the owners of Savage Fish. 16 years to the day, we were at BYU struggling financially as I was a full time graduate student and Liz a stay-at-home Mom with our 6 young kids to look after. Literally, every penny went to pay for our daily survival. On this day (23rd) these angels on earth came to our 2 bed/1 bath Wymount Terrace apartment to save Christmas for 6 little kids and 2 thankful parents. Today, as I watched each of my kids order their pokē bowl, the same who were blessed by the owners of Savage Fish years ago, I tugged at Liz’s sweater to reminder her of that day. She smiled and simply said “Tender mercies.” Right now, I’m typing this and drinking my kava while listening to all 7 of my kids, led by the oldest child in our family, putting together over a hundred “GIFT PACKAGES” to personally handout to less fortunate folks outside homeless shelters, multiple public parks, and other areas frequented by this demographic in Salt Lake City area. My kids, not prompted by me in anyway, have done this everywhere we’ve lived in the past: Charlottesville Virginia, Pullman Washington, and now Salt Lake City, Utah. We have been the beneficiaries of other people’s kindness all our lives (including recently with a stranger saving my wife’s life—a stranger we have not found yet), paying it forward is simply just the right thing to do. If we have any juice left tonight, we’ll likely do our annual Christmas Song for the online masses. Or, we’ll just mixx as a family and enjoy laughing like crazy. Either way, it’s been an awesome day.

Spin the lockpick until the lock turns white 3x to unlock the cell, then pick up the second Uranium. Uranium #3 Next you need to craft or obtain the Glocke Drop, once you have one call it in, then shoot 20 mid-air zombies it throws up. This will drop the third and final Uranium. 2. Once you complete the Mini-game you will be able to pick up The Atomkraft Core (Note: you drop if you zipline, and cant sprint with it) 5. Head to Quick Revive and place The Atomkraft Core on generator next to quick revive. Go into the shed behind quick revive and turn on the generator. You must now defend the The Atomkraft Core until it’s charged. In interrupted you must turn on the generator again to continue. 6. Take the The Atomkraft Core to the barrel on the Storm Bridge and a Mini-Cutscene will play between the Giant and The Robot. Vegvisir 1. After the cutscene finishes, The Dravakar Shard will spawn at Tyr’s Foot, pick it up 2. Pick it up and place the Shard inside the Bloodheim Hall on the bonfire 3. Use WW range attack to light the fire 4. Use Disciple Injection (there should be a free one around the map) and throw zombies into the bonfire (I only had to throw four) 5. A lockdown will start. Kill the boss zombie and pick up the Sunstone from the bonfire 6. Put the Sunstone in the church and do a range WW attack on it. 7. Around the map, there will now be floating rocks and runes. Above the church there will now be a compass with runes and arrows. -Shoot the floating rune rocks with the ranged WW in the order of the arrow lines. Next, whilst inside of Tyr’s Head underneath the balcony there are 3 white lights, 2 of these lights will blink, count how many times it blinks -Both lights will remain on, There is the sound of a light turning on to indicate the start of a new light flashing cycle where both lights will flash at the same time to a certain count (for example left 2, right 5). Both lights will be on and then it will flash another set (for example left 6, right 4). (Unsure if these 2 combos have to be put into console in order but correct entry will give two different voicelines.) After entering one correctly you will be kicked out to hear voiceline and can re-enter console to input the 2nd shortly afterwards. 7. Here are some projects I’ve got my eyes on; 1) Brevis comes in first with verifiable computing solving issues of re-executing orders on the blockchain. Recently, team introduced the new pico prism; a state of the art zkVM for faster Ethereum proving in seconds. 2) Modular layer chains for better integration of RWAs are also not left out with integra. as the XP gathering has begun. Everything about integra stays under the carpet, but they are making big moves for RWAs on chain. 3) ⁠Cysic; the future of computefi has also been quiet lately. After the buzz around the cubes minted, I expected an update from them soonest. 4) Momentum finance has been the buzz all over CT the last few days after announcing the community round on Buidlpad Ⓜ️Ⓜ️T coming soon. A recent title deed nomination wave swept across MomentumⓂ️Ⓜ️T community members to reward those that have been supportive all along. 5) AI development and innovation are also not left out as Michael Heinrich (Ø,G) spearheads the entire 0G Labs (Home of Infinite AI) ecosystem to finality. It’s crazy enough if you think the second round of airdrop was all from the 0G team, they keep shipping new products daily.
