#PennState RB Nick Singleton just left Senior Bowl practice with an injury sustained during 1-on-1s. Walked off the field, got looked at by trainers then limped to the locker room. We’ll see if he returns. Today is the final Senior Bowl practice before Saturday’s game.

This Riley Leonard video might be the most WHOLESOME video you see this week. Before the Senior Bowl game, Riley let a young fan pray over him. “Jesus I pray for you to help Riley with this game, not let him get injured, and let him be victorious.” Leonard finished the game 6/7 (88%) for 54 passing yards. Throughout the week, Leonard was reportedly “one of the best” QB’s in attendance and increased his draft stock. Prayers were answered and the NFL is getting themselves a STUD at QB 👏

Today seemed, IMO, to be a significant statement practice for Jacob Cowing. He grabbed one of Brock Purdy's numerous (perfect) deep passes but it goes deeper than that. HIGHLIGHTS: 🏈A few minutes earlier, Cowing and Marques Sigle collided on a deep corner attempt. Cowing was down for a while and limped off — it even looked like his day might be over. But Cowing returned and made the best catch I've seen from him in a 49ers uniform on a 40-yard laser over the middle. The resilience there definitely counts for something, especially considering Cowing's early-career availability issues 🏈Nick Bosa sighting! Did some running on the field while the 49ers were practicing for the first time in a couple weeks. Looked good. CMC (tightness) later watched team drills in person 🏈Keion White (adductor) popped the sled during practice, a good sign of progress 🏈Purdy's top-notch camp continues. He's driving the ball, he's layering the ball, he's hitting deep shots, he's been money on the gimmes, and he's escaping when needed. Jose Caballero having a blast on his way to the dugout after taking Canada’s soul. Cabby is an awesome bottom-of-the-order bat for the Yankees, and one of the league's better agitators. He is one of those guys who won’t play in an all-star game, and he’ll give you league-average production at best, but he always finds a way to impact a game, be it with his speed, or, today against the Blue Jays, by hitting an absolute bomb. Even if he's not the answer at short, you love the way he embraces whatever role he gets out in.
