Wow. Stupendous evidence. I’ve never seen the waves so clearly. I’m guessing it keeping those areas dry and impeding the movements of the torrents of water flooding the heartland. Just a guess. I watched a documentary where it was established that govts were using microwaves to debilitate employees in diplomatic embassies referred to as Havana syndrome. Keep that in mind as to what they can do with EMF’s.
