@xellbo Honestly, I don’t see a firing offense here. Nurses deal with stress levels most of us can’t imagine, and humor is one of the few healthy coping tools they have.
@xellbo I don’t see any problem, they are just playing, probably their way of relieving stress, as long as there’s no patients to attend to at that point in time, it’s not an issue for me, their job is really hard

@xellbo Even if they were joking, doing sexually suggestive exercises in the hospital with a patient is not appropriate. Nurses have a responsibility to maintain professionalism and respect for patients at all times, and this crosses that line.

@xellbo If this is real (which I doubt it is) they’re wasting staff time and resources, taking away a doctor’s time. Not to mention taking up space that could be used by a patient.

They should all be fired for this! This is not only unprofessional, but there’s a time and a place. What if there was an emergency in the hospital at that exact moment and all these nurses were messing around? It takes seconds for a patient to die or an accident to happen. Fire every nurse in this video.
Having worked in hospitals for years, I promise you this kind of dark, silly humour happens on every single ward at 3 a.m. when everyone is exhausted and traumatised. It’s not about disrespecting patients; it’s about staying human when you’re surrounded by death and suffering all shift.The video looks terrible out of context, and they probably regret it, but sacking nurses for 10 seconds of bad-taste stress relief (when we’re already critically short-staffed) feels like cutting off your nose to spite your face.A reminder about social media and professionalism? Absolutely fair. Ending careers over this? That’s not the answer.
