Amen. I had the opportunity to meet you (props to Jeff for making me stay in line on Friday night) for about 20 minutes at Contact in the Desert and share my profoundly spiritual experiences over the past year. I was struck by how closely our interpretations align. It feels as if the phenomena gradually embeds information in our consciousness through collective experiences, with understanding emerging over time. Perhaps the “new knowledge” was always meant to come from within ourselves? Some of what we’ve come to understand is in tension with our Biblical teachings and that is uncomfortable due to the authoritative influence, you mention. Yet the experiences themselves are too profound to simply dismiss. That makes prayer so important—continually seeking God’s guidance, nurturing what is good and of the light, and remaining vigilant against deception and darkness. Both of our frameworks seem to prioritize God remaining central (love) transformation of character (nurturing the positive duality), discernment and acceptance that the truth may be broader than our current understanding (humility). Please pray for me. I will continue to pray for you and let’s stay connected. 🙏

Every time you talk about orbs, then I think about the mountain spirit called Judaculla on Pilot Mountain. You and I started to photograph both orbs and the stone people in 2012.
