inflation and salary stagnation combined together are making a terrible combo... after a 10 year long entrepreneurial ventures, I am forced to return to the job market. I was expecting to get at least the same rate than I had 10 years ago (or even more since I acquired new skills and more experience since) but no... the available rates for people of my profession are worse today than 10 years ago... so I will survive but my purchasing power is down the drain and I am unable to see how this is viable for the society in the long term... something to break... idk when, what or how but this is going to be ugly when it will break...
